Great value for money in such a perfect location.
The budget cabins, although we knew were budget, didn’t have some of the facilities that were listed on the website.
However, would stay there again :)

I would have like the cabin to have more vibrant colours as when we first walked in it seems dark and cold but that’s only a personal preference. Everything else was great. I just think some bright coloured furniture or cushions or curtains would instantly make you smile. But that’s a very minor thing.

Private fully functional cabin with all the amenities needed. Comfy bed, hot shower. Parking next to the cabin. East to check in out of hours. Great location within walking distance of halls gap shops and cafes. Great for a weekend escape. Only two of us in the cabin that could have slept 6 so was perfect amount of room.
Would have been cramped had there been 6 people staying in there. And there’s only a light curtain separating the double bed from the kitchen. Heating unit was very loud.

It was right in the town
Cabin was very old and tired. It really needs an upgrade. We were in the end cabin, under a tre, and it rained all night with the tree adding to the noise above the cabin.

Excellent location, everything in walking distance. We had two dogs and everywhere we went was dog friendly.

Tv remote didn't work, tv didn't work well, light in cook top not working. Daughter's cabin had mold and awful curtains

Excellent location . The place was clean and fairly confortable . Very good value for price .
In the morning we had no power to cook our breakfast . While trying to use toaster , the power tripped and we could not fix it .

We booked the log cabin for our family of 5. It was lovely but could do with a deep clean. Carpet looked very dirty, floors were so dirty that kids feet or white socks had black bottoms. Bathroom quite dated and could do with some attention. Good kitchen facilities and the most amazing location in Halls Gap. Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable, just worn in foam mattresses. The queen bed very firm and my parent's struggled to have a good sleep. Location was the winner here for us and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, with most Grampian attraction a quick drive away and close to all the wildlife who come to visit at sundown. The rooms were clean and checkin/out easy.
The staff could have been friendlier at times, the showers were tiny and the A/C or heater was very loud

Fantastic location and very good price. Shower was hot and aircon working. Late check in allowed. Bed was comfortable. Good size for 2 or up to 6.
The budget cabin I stayed in was very dated and could have done with a deep clean. Carpets were stained and unfortunately had a strong smell. Spider webs everywhere had not been removed for my arrival. Windows could not be secured from the inside and easily slid opened from the outside. No veranda or outside area other than the parking slab.

The location of the venue and the cabin was adequate for 5 people.
The exhaust fan was too loud and the lighting was a bit dull. The cleanliness of the rooms was not the best but it was not a dealbreaker.
