The location and the view are perfect! The terrace and balconies(from almost every room) give possibility to see the whole old city. The flat is huge, comfortable, provides all we needed for the long stay. Although the building is near big road, we heard no noise - the windows are very good. Nearby many good restaurants, Tbilisian sulfur baths, waterfall, botanical garden, casino, bus stop, metro 10-15 minutes walk and many other attraction. Penthouse 401 is absolutely fantastic. Brilliant location with stunning views. Superbly equipped and spotlessly clean. Could not have asked for more! Tamara, the host, was so helpful and clearly cares about her guests.

Gorgeous 2-level penthouse with enormous terrace with stunning view and bunch of balconies, 3 min to central square, plenty of dining options and easy access to all attractions. The best property in Tbilisi you can find, definitely deserves the money.

The host Tamara was really sweet and helpful and the place is really amazing with a good view and nice location in old Tblisi I highly recommend it

The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to everything in the city. You can walk to the main Tbilisi centre, There are plenty of restaurants around. The apartment itself was really good for us. Each room has its own toilet and an extra one for guests. The rooms are very spacious. Tamara was so easy to communicate with and so fast to respond. She was really helpful and welcomed us on arrival and explained where everything was. She even put out a bottle of rose which was such a sweet touch.
