Location is the best and clean room
No lift. Breakfast is not that good and if you are little late they will not refill. They have a water dispenser but it was empty

Location - the hotel is nearby to all tourist attractions you can walk around the area and have your day tour of Tbilisi for free since it is near to all.
Souvenirs Shop - it is everywhere you can choose and look around it is walking distance from the hotel even the gorceries.
The hotel has a nice pantry where you can sit and relax and you can have a free coffee, tea, and beer (which we love the most).
Hotel Staff - all the staff were friendly and nice. They are all approachable and whatever you asked for they will really try their best to accomodate you, I will definitely gonna come back to this hotel again whenever I am in Georgia.
The only thing I didn't like about this place is the view from our window, which is another window,

Tesis temizlik konusunda tam bir hayal kırıklığı, nevresimleri değiştirmediklerini düşünüyorum. Bu sebeple biz değiştirmelerini talep ettik. Banyo da aynı şekilde hiç temiz değildi. Fotoğraflarda iyi bir otel gibi görünse de paylaşımlı hostelleri andırıyor

There are no lifts to go to the room only stairs,otherwise the room on 3rd floor are good and warm.

The location is very accessible to the tourists destinations of Tblisi.
The hotel does not have elevator which is very tough to carry 20kg luggages up to the 4th floor of the building.

The location only
The breakfast was dirty , the kittle dirty and the coffee machine was not working . They proposed instant coffee in dirty box ,
Very poor breakfast no bread no butter not clean at all.
They did not replace the towel.
All the room have view on the terrace where you take breakfast. And the staff keep chatting there late at night and loud.

We did come back in this same hotel as we love how the staff who treated the guests very well and the breakfast was always as per we expect. Mata and Marica is the star of this hotel.

Mata was in reception when we arrived and welcomed us with the biggest smile i've ever seen in Georgia as a whole, so that's a good indication of a good start. Love the smiles of the receptionists (Mata & Marica). Very helpful and flexible. The Potato mixed with mushroom was the best breakfast we ever had. lovely tasty breakfast.
Remember that this is not a 5star hotel and you will get what you paid for. There is a cons but we chose to focus on pros.

The location was great, it was close to freedom square and stations. staff was kind and helpful. The hotel and our room was incredibly clean and cozy. The balcony had the best view. I will recommend to all.

No tiene ascensor. En nuestro caso teníamos la habitación en un tercer piso. Para nosotros no fue problema, pero puedo entender que para otras personas sí lo sea. Así que mejor saberlo. 😊

The location was great. It’s just 2 mins away from freedom square. Also the hotel cat is adorable.

Noisy all night. Drunken Russians shouting, laughing smoking until 5.40 am. Hardly slept. It was right under our window. Smoking so heavy it was seeping into the room. Awful! And wifi and TV was not working during our stay.

Wonderful staff, very polite and helpful 🥰 Hotel is cosy and has an amazing rooftop terrace. We also got free (huge) glass of homemade wine on our first night 🌹 The plus is also fridge in the room and private bathroom. Additionally, location is perfect because hotel is the middle of all of the important places to visit in Tbilisi 👍🏻 Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food. Thank you for lovely stay ❤️
Unfortunately, there were also some cons. Under our room was a public pub. During two nights of our stay we weren’t able to sleep properly because of incredible noices. One night even police had to intervene thanks to fight in the pub. What’s more, during our stay we had problem with water in a toilet but I understand that it’s not under employee’s control, more some kind of building problem 😟
