I like how you had free breakfast in the morning

What I didn’t like was the walkways it was a lot of spaces where you can really trip and fall and not accessible law. The beds were disgusting. Nasty had blood on shower curtains, and bed frames. I had to call the front desk in order to get it changed and then I had dirty looks because I asked for it changed, it’s still got a dirty sheet after I asked for it to be changed had one soap, one shampoo when I advised them, there’s gonna be two people in the room

It wasn’t very clean. There was a bad smell in the room. Flies were in the room.

The staff were friendly at breakfast and willing to help. They kept the room tidy and clean everyday

The drive into the hotel is weird

My Son went to check out the breakfast the first morning and came back empty handed. We didn't go back for breakfast any more.

There was no iron in the room. I had to request one. No decent breakfast. The bathroom toilet was disgustingly dirty. The beds were too high off the floor. I had to climb up into it with my bad knees. The beds also had some sort of tin that made crazy noises when you sat on them or moved while in bed. With 2 people staying in the room there wasn't 2 comfortable chairs to sit in.

Check in was quick

Seemed dingy and old. Faced the road and the car noise was super loud.

Comfy for a family of 5 (2 wheelchair bound). Pet friendly. Great place to rest.

Very clean room!

Close to the road .can hear some traffic but not bad .

Friendly staff and very easy check-in/check-out. It was very quiet with no loud neighbors and fairly decent location

Cleaning could have been better. The sheets were stained and the blanket had burn holes in it. The room was supposed to be handicapped but had a piece sticking up in the doorway that was very easy to trip over. The drive is very steep and hard to get out of.

There were a few bugs crawling on floor. I told the lady at the desk. Pool was in need of attention AND open IT !!!!

I have stayed there numerous times in the last year & Ive never had a problem. Its in between a brand new Dairy Queen and a shopping plaza theres also several restaurants close by. Satisfied customer!

Price is a little high for a week day & having to pay an extra $20 to check in before 3pm.11am was checkin & checkout time i thought. Unless different arrangements were made.
