Hotel demanded a Deposit!! For room after already paid for,. Very very rude staff!!

Nothing at all...No breakfast they took an extra 31$ off my card and said it was going to put it back on and never did.

Everything. It sent me to the wrong place and I ended up paying double.

don't change the sheets. only towels and not even cleaning the room daily.

I was over charged ,charged double ?older gentleman (jerry)had issues checking me in had to call boss to even check me in which took 30 mins , and then I found a bedbug in the shower ! still didn’t complain,and then I’m chased out by 3 workers saying I stole a towel .

The smell in the rooms , people yelling after 2 am , better security it's needed

There were cigarette 🚬 butts and ashes on the floor! A candy box under the mattress! Looked like someone took a knife to the chair, bathroom door and ceiling! Stained linen!

Disrespectful of me when I told what was wrong! Instead of being told too bad I should have checked out and went elsewhere! I had a sick child with an earache and needed to stay somewhere!
