Location was close to the funeral we had to attend.

Our original reservation was for Apr 20-25; but we had to change our dates (Apr 27-May 2) due to a date change of the funeral. We made the reserveration changing in Booking.com and it was accepted. The hotel charged our credit card on 4/20 for the original reservation and again for the actual stay. We notified the hotel staff during our actual stay of the duplicate billing and the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Then, upon return home, we notified Billing.com of the error. To date, this issue has not been resolved and we have not received a refund for the original reservation dates that were charged in error.

staff was helpful at check in. didn’t like that I was never told about an extra $75 deposit due to using Booking.com ahead of time.

I booked a disability access room that I did not get. so my family member couldn’t even shower.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and over all very great location!

Cheap price, but quality exceeded expectations. Clean room that smelled nice when entering. Nice front desk people.

It is an older building but the rooms were well taken care of. A/C was hard to figure out, an old analog control unit for it made it hard to get the right temp.
