La maison a été soigneusement rénovée dans un style espagnol traditionnel. Il est situé dans un quartier tranquille situé à environ 700 mètres de la plage et à 400 mètres de la ville.

We had two super relaxing vacation weeks in this great accommodation. We particularly liked the outdoor area with its huge dining area and kitchen as well as the great pool. We were really only in the house to sleep. The owner Hans was also super friendly. He took care of the airport transfer for us and the first cold beer was already waiting for us. (Many thanks again for it). Grocery stores are within walking distance and it is not far to the beach and the old town. The very beautiful beach of La Mata is just under 2.5km away. Here we took the bus.
We can only recommend the accommodation and will certainly not have stayed here for the last time.

4 of us stayed here recently and we have absolutely zero complaints! House was beautiful, had everything we needed and everything you would have in your own home, the pool was amazing. Hans was also a wonderful host who took us to the airport after our stay for a very fair price. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk from the sea front, only slight issue was getting a taxi, they’re very unreliable. But overall the stay was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay in this property. Yes...the villa itself was quite small, but all we did was sleep in it! The outside space was amazing with an outdoor kitchen area and living area which is what we loved. Hans was so helpful and also did our airport transfers!
Property about a 10 minute walk to some bars and a supermarket and about 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach front where you can walk into Torrevieja (about 40 minute stroll from the villa) with plenty of bars along the way!

Wow. This property was absolutely beautiful. The photos really dont do it any justice. The outside living space is huge and beautiful and so clean. Inside is just what you need. Hans was fantastic, he sent us links for days out and restaurants. I will definitely be going back to this villa. Ive only been back 2 days and have already messaged Hans about booking for next year

The first day of our stay I had a nasty fall.
Vannessa came immediately and accompanied me to the hospital. She stayed there with me till 1 o'clock in the morning.
For the rest the house is very nice, Everything you need.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, well looked after, good location and just beautiful. Hans was a fantastic host and very prompt in his communication with us. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Absolutely loved this villa. Exactly like photos if not better. Pool is gorgeous. Heated by the sun it was like a bath tub even at midnight. Hans was super nice letting us know cleaning was completed early so we could check in. Take a double adapter and a travel mirror as these are useful for bedrooms. Luckily we had both. Bedroom doesn't have dressing table, but everything else. WOW! All the cooking utensils and equipment you could possibly need. TV with all the channels and 100s of films. We had a fab stay! Would recommend!

2 adults, 3yr old and 6 month old. The villa is lovely and the outside area and pool were excellent. Felt safe having the kids there with the pool fence. We didnt hire a car for the week so walked everywhere. The harbour is lovely with bars and shops (took 30 mins to walk there with Stroller and baby carrier!). Loads of TV channels available so nice to sit down and watch a movie after the kids had gone to bed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing week if you really do not want to do much apart from eat, drink and swim in the pool

The photos of this house do not do it justice, the outdoor space is amazing, the pool is clean and deep. The house was immaculate and had absolutely everything you would need. You are a 10 minutes walk from the market and shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk into Torrevieja. There are bus stops nearby. Haans was great, easy to contact and showed us around the property when we got there. I was just sad we could not book again as it was already booked out!

This was our second time is this villa, we've had a wonderful holiday. The outside space and pool area at villa cannot be beaten. Hans the host was very helpful and easy to contact.

the villa outside space made the holiday but the inside was not clean, ants in the cupboards that I had to clean out and in one of the mattresses, the bath constantly blocks up even though I tried to clean it out almost every day, it felt grubby and we was looking forward to leaving. A deep clean is definitely needed.

Perfect villa, host and location!
We had a great time at the villa! Hans is a perfect host, picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket..., nothing is too much trouble for him. The villa is lovely, the outside area, kitchen and pool are excellent. The location is great, everything, the beach, town centre and supermarket are at walking distance. We already booked again for next year. Thank you Hans!

This villa is excellent, it has everything that you need , the pool is great , there is a excellent restaurant just around the corner, there is a 20 minute walk to the supermarket . And the sitting area is great for sitting with a glass of wine in the evening. Hans is a great host and very helpful, he picked us up from the airport took us to the supermarket on the way the villa , showed us around the villa and showed us how everything worked And was on the end of the phone if we needed anything, so overall had a fantastic holiday. Wonderful holiday
We have just spent four weeks in this fabulous villa, Hans is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and was easily contacted. The outside space could not be bettered he has thought of everything, plenty of sunny areas and also fantastic relaxing shaded area. Brilliant cooking facilities outside. The villa inside is rather small but outside living more than makes up for it,
Los Locos beach is just a twenty minute walk away, and nearest bar and supermarket (Consum) is just under fifteen minutes away, Torrevieja promenade is about twentyfive minutes walk away.
Anyone who goes to this villa will have a wonderful time, we have already booked our next holiday here.

Fantastic Holiday
We had a great time at this beautiful villa centrally located for the beach and supermarkets only 20 to 30 mins walk away & bars within10mins walk.
The villa it's self was immaculate and Hans had thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The spacious outside included a great covered area with sink, fridge, electric BBQ, large table / chairs and settee/chairs with coffee table. We enjoyed the outside space no matter the weather.
The pool was crystal clear and well maintained with plenty of space to sunbathe on the 4 sunbeds and parasol provided. Also an additional table and 4 chairs could be enjoyed in the sun and a bistro table and 2 chairs on the villas veranda.
Inside the villa Hans has provided a large up to date LG TV with internet tv channels including BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5 & Netflicks.The bed were all comfortable & all the kitchen facilities worked perfectly.
We had an amazing holiday and the pictures truly reflect this villas outside space and facilities.
Nothing was to much trouble for Hans and he even provide cheaper than taxi transport to and from the airports.
We enjoyed it that much we have booked for next year.

A villa with beautiful outside space
Hans was a brilliant host, very attentive to all our requests.
The villa surpassed our expectations, we thoroughly enjoyed the outside space, covered dining and chilling area and of course the pool. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Beach, shops and restaurants all a short drive away.
We would certainly stay here again.

Situada en una zona tranquila, pero a la vez cerca de las playas. Recomendamos coche porque hay muchas cosas cercanas para ver.
El espacio exterior se disfruta mucho: piscina, zona para tomar el sol, para comer en el exterior...
La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable con nosotras. Le hicimos una pequeña petición y al día siguiente ya lo teníamos resuelto. Muy contentas y agradecidas por ello.
Unos días estupendos en los que hemos podido gozar de la casa y las diferentes propuestas de Torrevieja.

A perfect oasis in the town
Fabulous place to to chill and relax we spent all our time outdoors- we were able to have the peace we needed with the option to pop to the shops or a lovely restaurant. The house and facilities are excellent-really well thought out, everything you need in a modern comfy setting .

Enjoyable week.
Met with Yvonne on arrival who explained where every thing was and how to use. Sat outside the first night under the pagoda unfortunately I was bit over 25 times by mosquitos in the morning you could see them all over the wall. There are a few dogs in the area when one starts barking the rest start this doesn't last long. The sockets on the outside wall by the kitchen area are not connected to electric so if you wanted to use the electric Bbq or Paella pan i'm not sure where you could plug them in. The pool was great. The Tv had plenty of english channels, and beds were comfortable. Had a great week would stay again as long as the outside areas are treated for insects.

Torrevieja sunshine break
The property was well positioned, being close to the sea and many restaurants. The villa was perfect for those who enjoy lazy days around the pool and enjoying the plentiful outside space, with the added bonus of the outside toilet and shower. The outdoor fridge and cooking area meant we rarely ventured inside during the day. The contact for the villa, Yvonne, was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The only negative for the property would be the beds which were very uncomfortable, being somewhat like camp beds. That aside, excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price.
