The room was very big and super clean. The staff was super friendly. It's located just by the beach but away from the noise. Definitively recommend for any type of travelers. The beds and pillows very comfortable.

Difficult to find when walking - easiest to go along the beach to the end (google maps takes you down the wrong road, the actual road is a long way around) Would be nice if they had refillable water station rather than providing plastic bottles Be careful walking under palm trees as there are lots of huge coconuts that could fall

I was pleasantly surprised at the space and room, really comfy bed, really nice beach leas than a minute walk from the bungalows, beautiful butterflies and birds and we even saw monkeys in the jungles from our porch, the shower was really good and looks brand new, lots of storage and a short walk from shops and restaurants, the staff were friendly and helpful, they took our suitcases to the bungalow when we arrived and even down to the taxi when we left

The place is really hard to find, we found it by walking along the beach with our suitcases There were a few tiny ants in the room but didn’t really bother us The area itself lacks a choice of food, they need a market or something On the second to last day we went for a swim in the afternoon and the water kept stinging our skin and we could see these tiny jellyfish, I googled it and they are harmless but didn’t feel nice, went in the morning and it was better but you could see lots of tiny dead jellyfish or their eggs (not sure!) all over the sand

Staff were great. The bed was very comfy. The room was large and fairly quiet. Good bathroom. But very warm in there.

Air con was slow and took a very long time to fill the room with a large angled ceiling. In the early morning, people were very loud outside. Could have been staff cleaning rooms.

The manager was helpful for things or services I needed. I thought there was a security issue; felt that had been addressed and my stuff was safe. Good outdoor shower to wash sand off body, feet and slip on.

Having to walk to hotel through the beach. On last day staff carried my bags so it won't have to touch the sand. First day there needs to be a better system. Maybe a transfer which one pays in advance from Haad ran pier and thong Sala. That would save the grief of being at the mercy for short km with taxi cartel. Also when asking for a room cleaning...they do just the minimum. New water, towels, but the bed sheets could have been changed maybe twice during my 10 day stay. There are dead bugs on some surfaces. Yuck. Also the pictures on booking.com look great but represent probably 60% of the current state of the rooms and property.

We spent a very good 3 days there. Kind and helpfull staff. Nice garden. Quiet area. Very vell equiped bungalow with ac, spaceous. Recomended!

Really nice staff! I forgot my sunglasses in the room and they drove to the port to deliver the sunglasses before the boat departed. So nice!! The location is perfect- right on the beach! It was clean and comfortable!

The room is in a good size and they provide everything you need. The bathroom is big, the bed is very comfy. Amenities are nice. Quiet place.

There's no securities in the property. Its open space where anyone could walk in. There were 2 terrify incidents while we stayed there, our neighbour got rob 2 times- 2 nights in a roll. However, the staff did what they could with the tourist police but who could feel safe after that happened! The beach was dirty so we couldnt go swim. Basically we only slept there! Would suggest to stay in other beach.

the location was perhaps the best since haad rin is one of cleanest and beautiful beach close to all necessity that you may have , besides the fact that the beach is famous for full moon party . the staff was helpful and provided us with advices we needed . the cottages was spacious and has nice seat out area outside . it looks beautiful at night

no breakfast for the money charged.except room nothing was provided . no beach seat out , no in room dining hence you are on your own. the access to hotel is via beach ( not easy with luggage ) or via the so called real access which is bumpy and not a real road . so be careful with scooter or if you are planning your own travel .the other properties close by had all this facility . the toilets and bed room are like separate units .it doesnot have an enclosure hence may feel spooky sometimes and no security guards.

Great location. Right on the beach and a quick walk to the town area. Room was lovely and big, great bed and ober all area well maintained. Monkeys come to visit from the trees behind the building 😁
