Breakfast was amazing ♥️♥️ Wobderful rooms, wverything was there !!! the swimming pool and the Beach ♥️ The people which worked there the best ♥️♥️ really I loved and misssed this place !! and near the hotel is great THAI family restaurant! I loved ate there. and dinner was for 50 bath

Room are big and this table in the middle of the room is gorgeous (convenient, I mean). Close to many places with food etc.

Roof of your "villa-room" is supposed to be area where you should spend some time. Sunbathing for example. But it's dirty and unpleasant to stay there

Comfortable bed and shower water pressure were good. Proximity to quality cafes.

1. Wrong information provided by hotel owner about car hire rates on the island (if I had the right info I would have brought my car over from Koh Samui) 2. Unwilling to do anything to make good for the above error - other than a refund which would’ve been more inconvenient to move two kids and a grandmother- so not really a solution at all 3. Hotel recommended a car rental agency that are out to rip off tourists - they take your passport as security bond and then hold it hostage with dodgy claims of damage

I think it's very overpriced. There was a smart TV on the room but without netflix and couldn't connect to any of my devices The beach is not the best one There was no one so for solo travelers it might not be the best option Overall, overpriced for what it is UPDATE: Impressed by the property answer: says it all about the place! About the TV, I asked the guy at the reception and he came with me to the room and tried and said "oh, so I don't know, I don't know how to do it, sorry"

We booked three nights at the property in a standard room for part of our honeymoon however on our arrival we was taken to bungalow number 5 which was directly in front the pool, truly stunning! The food at the hotel was exceptional, the breakfast menu option wow! for 280baht so much delicious food would definitely recommend! there are cheapest breakfast options too which are just as nice! The bed was the comfiest bed we have slept in whilst being in Thailand. The room was huge and spacious and even had a rooftop balcony! The mini bar was bursting with great choices! The staff was so helpful and lovely! They were so friendly and even offered to go to shop for us whilst we was having a drink! i asked them for help on how to rent a motorbike and within 5 minutes the staff had organised it! They organised our taxi’s for us immediately when we said we needed one! We sat around in the pool bar late one evening speaking with the staff member Zor, he was so friendly and made our evening lovely… he also made the best cocktails! The pool was beautiful and crystal clean! we worried about previous reviews regarding the pool however it was amazing! the view from the pool onto the beach was stunning, direct access onto the beach from the pool area. The pool is open till Late at night which was great fun sitting around the pool bar until 11pm! The hotel isn’t too far from restaurants and bars, there’s a 7 eleven and a night market within 5 minutes of walking! We can not recommend this hotel enough! we will definitely be returning next time! we have visited many areas whilst on our honeymoon however this hotel and Koh Phangan has been our favourite place! I would also recommend that if you visit Koh Phangan you rent a scooter and travel around the island especially Secret Beach.. because it is beautiful! Absolutely NOTHING! there is nothing to dislike! i would definitely recommend booking the bungalow room 5! this is truly the most stunning room for a great value!

Beautiful Pool. Good spacious room.

Improvement required in cleaning. Though the cleaning ladies were very sweet and would come everyday to clean.
