Les salles de séjour spacieuses disposent toutes de grandes télévisions de 55 pouces. Les 8 chambres (tous les lits Queen) ont une télévision à écran plat. My husband, myself, and our wedding party stayed here for our wedding weekend. This VRBO was one of my most favorite!! They have everything you need if you were to forget something, the location is phenomenal & within walking distance of many popular attractions!! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Awesome experience. The property managers were quick to respond and checked in to make sure our trip was going well. The property was clean and had everything from the rental listing. Location was great and a central hub for everything we wanted to do throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

Multigenerational girls trip of first-timers to Charleston…great location to walk almost everywhere and space for us all! From the pictures, courtyard space seems to be in between the properties but it’s actually on the side of one, close to a different house. Didn’t get to spend as much time out there as we wanted but no complaints! Property manager super easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Although it is 2 separate houses, we found it to be a perfect setup. Every room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Both homes were simple yet tastefully decorated. Our dishwasher was broken, so we did them by hand and also used the dishwasher in the other home as needed. Other than that, check-in was a breeze and location was ideal. Would stay here again!

This property was amazing! Perfect location and easily accessible to all of the Charleston historic treasures. We booked it for our daughter's wedding and had extended family traveling from California. It was great to have two houses side by side - close enough to visit but still had our own private space. Extremely clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Modern conveniences and plug-ins for your electronics. Accessible housekeeping and quick response communication. The courtyard was a beautiful bonus.

This was the perfect place for a group of friends. The B&C units were tucked back off the street and the courtyard was the perfect place to stretch our wings outside during the day. Quick walk to upper king street. Communication all weekend was great as well. Highly recommend!

Great location for a friends reunion!
Walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Everyone was very satisfied with the accommodations. Check out Browns Court Bakery and the Pass Sandwich Shop just around the corner, too!

Great houses for large groups
We rented both units for a group of 16, 8 couples to celebrate some milestone birthdays. Having the 2 units with 8 people in each is much more manageable then having 16 in one house. Great option for us. The house was in a decent neighborhood, we walked to breakfast and to King street for dinners and shopping and bars. It's a bit of a walk to the main center. Overall great stay. Some of the houses had some small issues, some were fixed and some were not. Overall would stay again. Also note, no closets in most of the rooms. It's best for a long weekend, not sure would spend a week.

Really great stay
Stay was great. Checkin and our was easy. Properties are not large in sq footage (each is 1700 sq ft?) but they’ve perfectly tailored them to the short term rental experience. Kitchen was nice - ample space to make drinks and watch tv. Highly recommended

Family Trip
We rented two homes for a family vacation for Labor Day . The homes were absolutely beautiful and set up was perfect for our family of 13.
We had plenty of room and they were in a great location. Great experience. Definitely would rent this property again.

Amazing place
We have 2 houses and both were amazing. The location was exactly what we were looking for. We had a group of 13 guys for a bachelor party. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for Charleston Bachelor Party
With 14 guys celebrating a close friend's bachelor party, we were looking for good space; access to King St. eateries, Mount Pleasant, and Sullivan's Island; and a parking spot. Guesthouse Charleston more than met all of our expectations. Check-in was a breeze; both units were clean upon arrival and had ample supplies at the ready for our stay (e.g., towels, trash bags, linens, glasses and dishes, dishwasher liquid, soap, laundry detergent, etc.). After a supply run to Harris Teeter (1.5 miles away) to fill up the 2 fridges, we were all set for our stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt -- email and text message to answer a few questions. And both units were accurate based upon the description. All in all, it was a fabulous stay. Highly recommended for large parties who want to experience all that Charleston has to offer.

Fabulous houses in a fabulous location!
Our group of 6 couples rented 2 side by side houses for a weekend wedding! Loved the location....and Loved the homes! So clean, updated, comfortable, lovely homes! Just Eonderful!

Perfect Place for a Charleston Bachelorette Party
We had 16 women between these two houses and it could not have been more perfect. First of all, the location is great - we were only a few blocks from King st. and were tucked back from the street in a private cluster of homes. It made it very easy to go back and forth between the house and dinners/brunches.
The space in and outside of the homes is great as well. We spent a lot of time out on the patio in the shared area for breakfasts and drinks before and after dinner. The living space in each home is also very large as well. We had all 16 of us fit very comfortably in one of the kitchen/living room areas as we did games and gifts. There is also a great ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. We had two girls in each queen bed, so that can get a little bit tight, but having 3 spacious bathrooms in each house was great. It's hard to tell from the photos where the bedrooms are, but downstairs has one of them with a detached bath and then upstairs of each house you have the other three bedrooms. Two of those share a large bathroom and the other bedroom has it's own attached bath. This all worked out very well with our group.
Rebecca was also a FANTASTIC host. We had some girls arrive in Charleston early and she allowed us to check in prior to the 3pm time. I know that this isn't always going to be possible with how popular these rentals are, but the stars aligned here and it was so nice to be able to do that.
The only cons would be the lack of a full length mirror and a need for stronger hair dryers (I would just bring your own if you have thick hair). However, as you can see, those are incredibly minor. These two homes were PERFECT for us and I would recommend to anyone with a large group in Charleston - worth the high price tag!

Amazing Experience!
We rented two out of the four homes on the property and had an amazing experience! Rebecca and Alex were beyond hospitable during our time there. They are responsive and available whenever you need them. The two houses were so clean, you'll think you're the first to ever stay in them. Not to mention, the beds, sheets, and towels were better than any hotel I've stayed in. Alex popped by the properties a few times, and gave us some amazing suggestions on where to dine and shop. Out of all the places we visited, his suggestions ended up being our favorite. Thanks again for such an amazing experience -- we will absolutely recommend to our friends (and already have) for the future!

Gorgeous, comfortable and so convenient!
This home was so wonderful for our group! When we arrived we were so happy to find the place impeccably clean and super convenient to Upper King Street. Our group was spread between two houses that share a courtyard/garden and was the perfect place for us to meet together and have a welcome cocktail and catch up. We ended up having breakfast in the courtyard each morning and it was so relaxing. Both houses are newly renovated with chic furnishings and divine beds and bedding. The houses are both spacious and well appointed/designed with TV's and nice amenities. The location is perfect because you can walk to most of the hip restaurants and bars and people could come home any time they felt like- just a few blocks to walk. There is a darling wine bar called Josephine with great food on the street side of one of the home that was a perfect place to kick off the evenings.
We will definitely come back and will stay here again in a heartbeat! We didn't really need to call the property manager/owner but she thoughtfully checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything and that we were happy! Thank you!
