It was cold and the eggs were soupy

We found a HUGE cockroach 🪳 in our room and in the public bathroom 👎

The taste of the breakfast was fine, but for the cost of the rooms, breakfast should have been complimentary. Especially when a company holds a business meeting or event on the premises. Suggestion....include the price of breakfast in the cost of the room therefore, you can offer complimentary breakfast at no additional charge.

Microwaves should be easily accessible. Offer one to be sent to the room and then removed if there is a safety concern. There was nothing to show the customer they were special and you appreciated the business.

The facility was clean and modern, and not too far from the beach, places to shop, or eat.

The 24hr snack bar/ lounge was not well stocked, and there was no access to a microwave.

The room was very comfortable and very clean, the staff were very pleasant. The air conditioning was very powerful and responded well to the thermostat. The blackout curtains worked amazingly well and are a great feature. The lighting in the room was also very neat, providing lots of moody or bright options. I could barely hear the neighbors (although I'm sure they could hear us, sorry about that).

Whether it was intentional or just an oversight, I was disappointed to find that the room did not have a microwave or bathtub, I guess wealthy people don't have leftovers or bubble baths? Was also mildly irritated by the design of the nightstands on either side of the bed, they were small and incredibly low to the ground for some odd reason.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Had issues at the front desk due to prebooking and prepaying for my room through Booking.com. They tried to charge me again for the room at the front desk twice.

Everyone was extremely wonderful, Tara and all the ladies at the front desk were beautiful, excellent customer service! We also got the chance to see Boyz 2 Men on the same floor as us!

the room was incredibly comfortable. it was blacked out so when I pulled the curtain it was nice and dark. which was perfect for recovering from a music festival. the bed and sheets were so comfy I didn’t want to get out of bed! Great location especially if you’re visiting River front park

it was a little difficult to get room service. the hours on the restaurant website did not match up with what the front desk said when I called down. such a small thing, but when you’re paying over $200 a night you come to expect a higher tier of service.

Very clean

Couldn’t find a thing for the door that said do not knock so both days we were woken up by house keeping knocking at 9am (we were on vacation).

The staff were friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

A warm pool or hot tub would’ve been nice.

Breakfast buffet was awful - powdered eggs for $17 per person, it was disgraceful and a huge ripoff! For $17 I EXPECT AN AWESOME BREAKFAST. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING? IF YOU SERVE CRAPPY BREAKFAST IT SHOULD BE FREE. IF I KNEW IT WAS AO BAD I WOULD HAVE GONE TO MCDONALDS DOWN THE STREET.
