High quality residence, with a huge well looked after garden approx 600sqm ( trees and vegetables) hamoks. New furniture, shared bathroom of high quality. Toothpaste and toothbrush provided. Sleepers, towels of good quality etc. I knew there is no A/C, it surprised me to gave a good ventilator in the room.
For my taste perhaps matress could have been more firm and I also prefer pillow of feather. Otherwise everithing else exceeded expectations.

Quiteness
Initial pictures were really nice, so I booked the room thinking all rooms are the same. Later on we realized the room did not had its own bathroom, it was shared bathroom. So we expected that.
However, between our room and next one there was a door hidden behind the dressing, therefore we could hear everything our neighbours were talking or when were snoring.

I spent about 4 days with my family and we loved the garden, with hammocks and hidden sweet places to relax and hide from the heat at noon, or the nice garden tables where we had breakfast.
Also we found unexpected amount of amenities in the room and bathroom.
The room was very clean, with a nice view to the garden. We had a kitchen available, clean and with all needed accessories, which I appreciated because i like to prepare something warm at breakfast for my kid.
The owners are very friendly and ready to support us.
The room we had was small, maybe next time we receive a bigger one. anyway, for the short period we spent, it was not a big issue.

We stayed just one night, out of the season. Still, everything was fine and the host was very helpful.

The owner, she was very attuned to our needs, making coffee in the morning, sharing some Easter cake and colorful eggs.

We were looking for a place to work remotely for a week and came across this one. The shaded garden is just beautiful and quiet even when it’s really hot outside. The hosts are wonderful people, everything is sparkling clean, you have a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue. We had the room with the private bathroom and it was excellent.
The location is really off the main roads so it’s quiet and peaceful, everything is slow and yet you are only a short drive from a wild beach or Copahavana and Maya beaches. Parking is not a problem
Also we had the chance to make friends with two wonderful dogs :)
There was no AC in the room. At first we were a bit worried about it, but it turned out it wasn’t really necessary at night, and during the day we spent all the time in the garden.

The owners were friendly and they did make the best out of the location. They offered us coffee and fresh fruits.
The garden was splendid!
The furniture, although old, very beautiful.
The access to the bathroom - we had to get out of the house and go the a different building. Near the bathroom there was a room rented to another person which kept their door open during the night, which was very weird.
Although clean, the rooms had a lot of dust.
