cleanliness of master bath. kitchen drawers had either mouse droppings or cockroach poop and the cockroaches. we had to wash dishes and leave in dishwasher to prevent cockroaches from getting on

Bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all it was a very nice place. (Could replace rusted trash can in kitchen and very wore rug as well )

It was close to beach and restaurants. I also loved both views of ocean and lake

When we got there someone had left the bedrooms bathroom window open so there were 30 flying bugs we had to lock in there so they didn’t escape all over the place. They got into our luggage. Eventually they were all gone. Also first night we watched tv but the second day someone came and hooked up a new roku device and the tv didn’t work after that. Other than that everything was great. Floors were a little dirty when we got there, but it’s a sandy place so that’s understandable. Sadly in rained most of our week but we did enjoy it while we could

We didn’t have any trash bags & no one provided any after calling & asking as well as tv was difficult to operate & no one came to correct after we called.

The views were absolutely stunning. Great view of the beach out the front door and a calm beautiful view of a lake out the back door. Very close to all stores you need to get supplies for a stay as well.

Everything was really nice. Location was good for beach access and restaurants right across the street. Beautiful condo and view of the lake.

The only thing I would have to knock on it would be the stairs are a little steep if you are staying on the second floor. Especially if you have a large suitcase. Other than that it was exceptional.

TV remotes need new batteries. The TV in bedroom had 2 channels. Hot inside. A/C did not cool

Well the cleaning crew didn't really do anything. Upon arrival there was sand everywhere. Which I get to an extent. However immediately upon arrival for it to be this sandy was crazy. The blue mats had mud & dirt on them upon arrival.The first evening we found a 3-4 inch cockroach climbing down the wall. I couldn't sleep so we had to go buy raid & spray the entire place down. Hair in the shower from the previous person. OH AND the parking pass. It says you don't need anything and no specific parking. We almost had our car towed away due to lack of parking pass that was apparently supposed to be left by the cleaning crew. Who obviously didn't do anything. Just could use some personal touches that make it seem worth the amount of money we spent. No salt or pepper. Very small things but also super inconvenient for the guest. There is also nowhere to shower off before entering the home. We had a blast at the beach, location was great. Just expected alot more for what I paid.

We enjoyed the location, view, condo set up, and parking was a breeze.

Whoever is cleaning the condo needs to brush up on cleaning skills!!! Mouse droppings in all lower drawers, cabinets and dishes in kitchen. Mold grime in lower shower, clean Windows in and outside (I cleaned some so I could see o/s), grease all across microwave, webs in all door frames, front and back porch need brushed down. Front door Striker plat fell in my hands because frame rotted. And they are not using proper screw fasteners. Dusting on headboard. I DID NOT like leaving a bad review but Vacasa said they wouldn’t have the owner contact me through email or phone. So I could quietly explain what all we seen.

It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked but I am pretty much a clean freak so it might’ve been ok based on someone else’s standards.

The lights leading to the door were all burnt out so hard to see. We had plenty of bath towels but only one wash rag in one bath and two in the other bath.

The location was good in that it was easy to access the beach. The view from the back overlooking the bay was great! Having two bathrooms was a wonderful luxury. The kitchen was great and made it easy to cook and enjoy many of our own meals while staying there.

The first time we tried to watch television, we were unable to get it to work because it was equipped with You tube TV and apparently the previous guests had signed out of it before leaving. We had to call the management company. To their credit, someone came right over, but still, it took over an hour with multiple calls to the property owner before we could access the t.v. channels we wanted. Once it was setup properly, however, the t.v. worked great the rest of the trip. The only other complaint that I have is that because it is located right across the street from the public beach access, our first night there (Saturday), there were tons of teenagers hanging out and screaming and yelling at each other and honking car horns. At one point I almost called 911 because there was screaming and loud profanity laced yelling. This went on until 11:00 pm when the police did show up to chase them all away. This only happened on one night of our 7 night stay, so it wasn't terrible, just annoying and an inauspicious start to our vacation.
