The location & view was wonderful, walking distance to beach, cafes Restaurants & pub. cooking facilities in house was good, only had cutlery for 6 people when we had 8 staying & only 1 teaspoon , Beds were comfortable

quite honestly the outside balcony was a mess, broken furniture in a pile on side of balcony so the main bedroom had that mess as part of their view. One of the lounges was in disrepair ( the white vinyl one ), a couple of chairs had wobbly legs, the other lounges were uncomfortable & plenty of water staining on old worn carpets. Too be honest, the excitement of staying in a "Penthouse" was dulled by very ordinary old hotch potch furniture, the view is what saved me of the embarrassment of treating family to a weekend in a "Penthouse", A refurb is desperately needed

Great location great view plenty of space for large group. Easy access to keys etc. great outdoor facilities.

Furniture good do with an update, tired and worn, one lounge the arm was broken. Bed side tables in other rooms would be nice. Only 1 face washer per bathroom for 8 guests.

It was beautiful and git a bonus late check out

keys were available early and very close to hotel

keys would have been easier to the hotel reception but it was not a problem with picking up from accross the street

Agent is close to resort, friendly staff. Online checkin available. Beautiful views, huge and spacous penthouse. Master bedroom comfortable with spa bath. Lots of cups and crockery. Washing machine and dryer convenient. Close walk to local supermarket, 2km drive to bigger town with big supermarkets and shopping.

Limited cutlery and large serving plates/bowls. Limited dishwashing and toiletries for 10 people 2 night stay considering the price we paid. Most dissapointing aspect was uncomfortable sunken dounle mattresses in both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My 4 adult guests couldnt sleep and said the childten bunk beds are more comfortable. Lots of the blinds are missing slats Outdoor furniiture and cushions look worn.

It was a fantastic location. Plenty of room to move.

The furniture needs replacing. In particular the white leather lounge. Very old and sunken plus cracked.

Huge room, massive balcony, brilliant views. Grwat location, loads of supplies in the room eg, plates, extra towels etc

The view was stunning, absolutely breathtaking and we got magical sunrises from the left side of the verandah and beautiful sunsets from the right side. The location was ideal with lots of restaurants and cafes close by and a family friendly beach across the road. The kitchen in the penthouse was fully equipped, there were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay and would stay again but the penthouse is in desperate need of updating. The couch is comfortable but old and marked, and so are the cushions for the outdoor chairs. The carpet is stained too. We rented the penthouse for our wedding and despite there being a large walk-in robe I couldn’t find a single full length mirror. The vertical blinds are missing strips so my son struggled to sleep with the sun coming through. However, if they gave the room a facelift we probably wouldn’t be able to afford to stay there!
