Cozy Log Cabin, Unbeatable Views, Skiing, Pet Friendly!
Vue sur la montagne panoramique sur Lost Aigle Ranch, près de la ville. Chaleureuse et accueillante cabane en rondins a un poêle à bois, cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse. 6 personnes, deux lits doubles et 1 complète gigogne. Regardez le coucher du soleil ou le lever du soleil tout en dégustant votre repas de la terrasse couverte, ou tout simplement profiter de la vue. 25 minutes de Wolf Creek Ski Area et à moins de 3 minutes de restaurants, shopping, la randonnée, la photographie, la pêche, le rafting, le tube de l'eau, le massage, le trempage à Hot Springs, parcs, antiquités. Non-fumeur, animaux bien élevés sont les bienvenus. Animaux ne sont pas autorisés sur les meubles ou sur des lits. 2 nuits minimum. Doit avoir 21 ans ou plus. We have stayed in this cozy cabin many times and it never disappoints. There are beautiful views all around, it is quiet, but it is close to all Pagosa Springs has to offer. We look forward to our next visit!

The view from the cabin is spectacular. Loved the feeling of being out in the country, yet town is 5 minutes away. Even though it was clean, it was a little musty inside due to the age of the cabin. (But I am very sensitive to smell, and for a few days did not bother me.) We loved staying here and would stay here again. The cabin next door looked new and I would definitely look at that one as well.

We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs in this well-appointed cabin. Things to know...the beds were comfy, the view was stunning, and the cabin was roomy and quiet. The cabin is conveniently located close to downtown but a five minute drive out of town, so really the best of both worlds.
Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the Wi-Fi worked great. There is not an easy way to fill the bathtub (if you really want a bath you will need to use the shower head to fill the tub). And the shower temp control seemed backwards and took some time to figure out. There is a washer/dryer if you are staying a while and a nice fire pit. The front porch was so relaxing with a couple of comfy chairs and a wood bench. There is a table to eat at on the front porch as well. All in all this was a really comfy cabin to stay in and I would stay here again!

Amazing property! Me and my partner visit Colorado about 4-5 times a year. We almost always opt for a cabin and a bit off the beaten path. This one is by far one of the most complete properties we have ever stayed at while keeping the rustic aesthetic. Clean, kitchen is modern and well equipped, wifi is strong, rooms are comfy, fireplace keeps the whole cabin warm on cold nights, firepit, large area for hiking or letting your furry friend adventure. The pictures do not capture just how beautiful the views are even from just inside the living room watching the sunrise. Very friendly and accommodating hosts who are there when you need them but give you privacy otherwise. I really can't say enough about this trip other than YOU should definitely book this for your next visit to Pagosa Springs! You won't regret it!

This two-bedroom home was perfect for my wife, son, and me. Very well equipped with stellar views of the snow-covered mountains, a lovely fireplace that was easy to use, and comfortable furniture for relaxing after a day of adventure. Cool western theme. It's a three-minute drive from the east end of Pagosa Springs, and is twenty to twenty-five minuted drive to the parking lot at Wolf Creek ski resort. There are homes nearby, but far enough away to have the feel of a secluded mountain home. The owner was so kind and responsive to all our questions and needs. I've been traveling to Pagosa Springs for a week-long ski trip every year for the last nine years. This was the best, and certainly the most convenient place we have ever stayed. Terrific experience!

I was looking for a place to go and enjoy some time out of the city out of all the traffic and the stress of work,i found this cabin this cabin have wath i was looking for, is out of the city but not to far for our needs we love it to stay there specially at night time at the chimney have great time with my family the scenery around the property is beautiful the cabin is clean and have all that we needed to cook and have a good time in it i thanks to the owner to allowing us to stay there we come back home with great memories hope some day we come back again..

We loved the cabin and location. Very beautiful, it would have been perfect if the weather would have been a few degrees cooler. It was uncomfortably hot at bedtime without air conditioning. We would stay here again, maybe not in the middle of July.

The only thing that bothered us was the cleanliness of the cabin. The dust in the vents, window seals, and no batteries in the TV remote, no under the stove light not working . The cabin needs some TLC , otherwise nice and cozy. 😊

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Location is perfect with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and easy to get to town. Communication with the host was quick and we made good friends with the property dog, Gunner. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My wife and I stayed 8 nights. We had never been to Pagosa Springs but became inspired watching the new HGTV show "Building Roots". We were not disappointed despite weather not giving us much of a break from the hot temps along the Front Range where we live.
Pros:
Spectacular views from the front porch
Good location which is both secluded yet minutes from town
Comfortably sized cabin especially for 2 of us
Cutely decorated in a western / mountain motif
Very responsive owner / manager
Cons (all fixable):
Shower is very small (but there is room to expand it)
Gas grill had only 2 zones working and didn't get above 200'
Wifi was very weak
Additionally, the owners dog Gunner (a huge, sweet German Shepard) must consider this his "home-away-from-home" (which we were totally cool with) and was often there to greet us after we were gone for the day. He and our dog Rocky got along fine even though Rocky is not the most sociable.
Would we stay here again? Yes (or maybe in the adjacent larger house)!

Cozy cabin close to town
Idyllic cabin located 5 minutes drive from the main strip of Pagosa Springs but looking out from the porch you'd never know. The surrounding landscape is pristine and the cabin itself feels homey and comes equipped with most everything you'll need for the stay! Bonus: you'll be greeted every morning and every night outside by the landlords friendly and playful guardian, German Sheppard Gunner!

Ranch Cabin
Very old but updated cabin, away from town, but not too far. No internet and Verizon signal is weak, so it’s a great place to get away from it all and sit on the porch and relax. Lots of interesting old objects on the walls and in display tables. This is not accessible. Floors and porch are uneven. Toilet is very low. Shower is very small. You can have a dog here. Great place for the dog to run in the scrub. Probably not so great for kids. No grass. There is a dishwasher and an ice maker in the frig. Windows have been dirty both times we stayed here - in May and in September. We love the location and are very comfortable there. The pictures are accurate. Go enjoy for peace and quiet.

Tierra Del Oro Cabin
The cabin was great. The grass around the cabin was a little high, but other than that, everything was very clean and charming. Gave a 4 star for overall because not all the burners on the stove worked and I could not get the gas grill to heat up, so our steak dinner took longer for us to cook.
Great area to get around areas of Southern Colorado. From here went to Creede, Durango and Silverton. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin Review
The location of this cabin is absolutely perfect. Lovely views and very close to town. It would be perfect if the owners would listen to the previous reviewers and ours and have a deep deep clean done on it. Overall maintenance is lacking on the whole place. The gas grill has a leak and wouldn't heat up making us have to change many meals. Wifi didn't work. Had to go buy more TP. If the place was cleaned up we would be happy to stay again but not in the condition it is right now.

This is our second visit to this cabin. Great location. Even though you are only 5 minute's from town it feels like you are all alone. The view is awesome. Cabin interior is still awesome and very clean. The exterior and grounds need work. The stray dogs are a nuisance. No internet.
