Convenient location and plenty of room to sleep for the family! 3 bathrooms made it even more comfortable with teenagers! We did not expect tvs in every room.

We had a great time in Pagosa and this place was the perfect setting to just relax and take in the scenery. Lots of green space to walk the dog and close to coffee shop, grocery and brewery. Thanks for sharing your place!!

We very much appreciated the cozy home with a great patio with plentiful seating and amazing views. We were able to bring our adult kids and dogs for a full family vacation. Having central AC was a nice benefit. Also very close to grocery & restaurants. Parking was convenient as well.

Good sleeping space and board/card games galore!

Nice end unit with good views and natural light. Good use of space with plenty of bathrooms for the guests. Kitchen is small and pretty well equipped, although there appears to a shortage of forks and the cooking utensils are scattered in many drawers. Queen bed is due to be replaced, as guests will roll to the center.

the condo was a great size had all the things you needed including spices to cook which was wonderful! and the dog loved it!

The home has everything you need. It is a nice and comfortable. Great for adults with limited mobility as there are two nice size bedrooms on the first floor. Loft area is great for kids to hang out and do their own thing.

Condo was clean and in a well kept area. Some type of “how-to” instructions would be good for thermostat, TV, fireplace, outdoor fire table.

The location is awesome. Nice roomy and comfortable.

Condo was just as described! Well furnished, comfy, with a great back porch and view! Loved the loft with the extra bathroom, everyone in our group had plenty of space to call their own. The condo is close to a grocery store and several restaurants, great location.

Really enjoyed the stay. Condo was perfect for our group of 5. Equipped with everything we needed and check in process was easy. Two notes - I think this is advertised for up to 9 people and more than 6 or 7 would not work out well. For up to 7 it's great though.

This is a fantastic condo in many ways - great floor plan, clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice end unit. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfy - the other beds are ok, but a little hard. The main bathroom has a luxurious shower head, the master bathroom not so much. Location is close to town and right off the main road, but not close enough to be bothered by road noise. We appreciated the gas grill. My main issue is dealing with Vacasa. I have rented with them before, and I have rented many times with individual owners. Especially after this stay, I greatly prefer individual owners. Here are my issues - first, it took me three days to get answers to two questions, fee for the swimming pool and whether or not there was a Blu-ray player, and then the information I got was inaccurate. They gave me the fee for the pool and hot tub, but neglected to mention that they were closed for Covid. This is something an owner would usually know. Yes, there was a Blu-ray player, but it was not connected, and I could not find a cable in the giant mass of dusty cables behind the tv. Second, we had an issue with the AC. I called the property manager, and she was going to send someone out, (that was good and responsive,) but it was Saturday evening. I told her that I kind-of figured it out, enough to avoid a weekend call, but then she never followed up. The AC thermostat was set incorrectly and was not calibrated. One of the main reasons we chose this condo was the AC. Third, and this was the most significant, the WIFI was down Friday morning. I called the property manager, left a message, and she never got back to me. Not even after our stay. Bad management in my opinion. Thankfully we had phone hotspots we could use for data. So, overall, a great vacation in a mostly-great condo, but a negative experience with Vacasa. Right now, I do not plan on renting a property that is managed by them again.

First time using VRBO, and couldn’t be happier with our stay

Overall, the property was clean and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. It's very family friendly and the kids enjoyed playing out back, as well as the loft/upstairs. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Pagosa Lakes area.

The location of the property is fantastic. The views, and landscape are fantastic. The overall condition of the property is fair to poor. It desperately needs to be painted, windows cleaned, several items fixed, new carpeting etc. There were issues with the HVAC system but we dealt with them and informed the management company right before we left so the next visitors would not have the same problems. Once again, the entire units needs a face lift.

Very comfortable beds and furniture!

We liked that there was plenty of room for the 6 of us, kitchen stocked with all we needed and loved there was 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning and laundry. We enjoyed the back porch, grill and fire pit.

Great location, beautiful view, close to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, & spa. Lots of outdoor activities near by. Absolutely will stay again & will recommend to anyone who wants to vacation in Pagosa Springs, CO.

We picked this condo because they allow pets and also does not have a lot of stairs. Very nice place, convenient location.

The house was clean and as advertised, great location to get to and from Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Also plenty of dining close by.
