Great location and size and has everything you could possibly need. Great size, kitchen fully equipped. Lift which is a bonus in the heat.

En-suite shower could have been better, worked as hand held but not as over head. The air conditioning for third bedroom was not totally effective ( minor issues)

There are some renovation works, so very noisy even early in the morning. Bedrooms are very small (no place to work if needed)

The location was very good. We were able to walk around Tel Aviv easily.

Everything in the apartment was broken. From the front door knob that kept falling off, the main shower that flooded the bathroom, the broken remote for the tv, the crummy parking situation which was ridiculously impossible it felt like we were set up not be charged more. We checked out many days earlier than we had expected. I was then charged an additional charge of over $700 I closed my credit card account because of the audacity of the managers who implemented this charge. I did not feel safe. The common front door was always open and with the front apartment door knob that kept falling off, i was not happy. I’m not a regular visitor to Tel Aviv. The management can tell me the area is safe, but how would i know that? I’m very disappointed, but after the attempted charge of an additional $700+. I just don’t care any more. I’m tired of people taking advantage of visitors.

The location was magnificent, the block was only 200 metres from the sea.Very good apartment,large and very well designed with great facilities

Would have preferred cleaning on a daily basis but costs were over £100 a day so way too expensive.

A very large, very spacious and bright apartment in a great location close to lots of things. The apartment is well equipped and contains most of the things you need. In this respect the apartment is excellent.

Maintenance is not good enough. There is no slope to the water in the shower and they flood the room. Heavy dust on exterior windows, shower faucets dont work properly. In the morning there was no hot water even though we operated according to the instructions and turned on the water heater for more than half an hour. Parking is very very challenging and suitable in the city for very skilled drivers
