The location

Poor Bar, we had to pay for our parking (not mentioned in the booking), poor SPA facilities, no warmed pool.

The room is very big and spacious and clean, breakfast was very diverse and well prepared. Location is also the best location in tel aviv, near the Tel Aviv beach. and the city itself is also very close.

There wasn't anything in particular.

Pool area was great. Comfortable loungers, sun all days and food at the bar was very nice

Price very expansive and i pay for staying du ring end of d’hab avec. Shake of you !

Lovely room, clean, spacious with see view from balcony, amazing breakfast and seriously good staff. Aircon was easy to use, no elevator waiting. Arguably the best 5* hotel in Tel Aviv. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Taxi and other little bits were easy to arrange.

Rude people at night. Guy that worked there was open carrying a gun at night just mean mugging me and my wife. Very unprofessional . Rooms are also very outdated

In general the staff were great and did all they could to help. Rooms on the upper floors definitely better. Front desk tried to fix issues promptly. Location great and a decent swimming pool. We had an issue on arrival which Arnon and his team rectified within 24 hours.

Pool manager petty and did little to control the bigger issues of alcohol and smoking in the pool. Lower floor rooms need refurbishment. Showing their age and considerable wear and tear.

Great hotel, nice amenities. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure.

Gym was very small. Need to walk a few minutes to ge to the beach. One of our rooms had boew of construction

Beautiful hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Balcony with chairs and table. Good excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast good. Pool area good. Food round pool was super. Plenty of places to sit round the pool.

Shower over the bath. Hotel very very expensive. Room advertised as a room with terrace. It was actually a balcony large enough for two chairs and a table. Having said that I would get the room again because the balcony was large enough to sit on comfortably. The pictures showed it with two loungers, but there were two chairs.

A friendly welcome and a nice sized room with plenty of features. Location was convenient for my purposes. All the typical facilities of a modern, business classs hotel in a major city.

Nothing to dislike, but it is not exceptional and for someone staying for a night or two, the price is expensive unless you are making full use of all the facilities. There are just as well located hotels with as many facilities in Tel Aviv that are more personal and less expensive.

room temperature couldn’t be regulated, either freezing or too warm. mini bar empty. room furniture old. would be nice to have fridge in room to keep cold drinks. No valet parking. room outlets near bed were dead, could not charge my phone near bed, only at desk at the other side of the room. had to get out of bed to answer cell phone.

Hotel tired. Management patchy. Food average. Breakfast buffet needs more imagination and better quality. Central food station can get too crowded. Fresh orange juice hidden but available on request. Access to pool ridiculous. Older staff generally very good, Apprentices seems untrained and unsupervised. Our bath had soap residue/scum. Asked several times for it to be cleaned without success! Position good. Potential good.

Forced to go down a level to access pool which then required you to climb back up to same level??? A good door was in situ to access normally.
