Our check in was a bit annoying

Wine at the lobby, nice room, comfortable bed,great location and very nice and welcoming staff

We were greeted with a friendly front desk young man that immediately offered us a drink, and arranged for kosher breakfast at a nearby cafe, since we could not eat at their cafe. It was also nice to have fresh coffee 24 hours a day. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable.

It was a shame that there was no parking on premises and we had to pay 100 nis extra per day

Location, location, location. The hotel is located in a charming building in the heart of Tel Aviv and is close to virtually anything you want to see and experience in Tel Aviv. The staff is great and always ready to help.

Small room

The breakfast was very good - highlight of the day. Nothing like a good breakfast to get your day started. Easy, great quality, and good selection/variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was a little on the small side, but it was very cold which was nice.

We really liked the hotel's location as it's near the beach, markets and shops. The road is really quiet so we slept well. Breakfast was very good and the room was kept extremely clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was great and the facade of the hotel was beautiful. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, water and wine! Moreover, Raoul at the reception was absolutely great!

Our room and bathroom were extremely small. This, in combination with the fact that the window looked at a wall (not even back alley) made the room quite unpleasant. Another thing that was not great was the breakfast system. There is a cafe right next door, where the guests are allowed to choose between approximately 8 dishes, a coffee and an orange juice. To be fair, the food is good. However, the cafe sells many different foods and cakes that the guests cannot take, unless they pay extra (not included in the 8 dishes). This is in my humble opinion not nice. It makes the guests feel not so welcome.

Ben. Such a great person. Although my room was really dirty it took him 5 minutes to change my room. It was my birthday and he gave me a bottle of cava. The location is great The rooftop is cool

It is not Clean. There is dust all over. The breakfast in the coffee downstairs is really limited. Not a big variety of food. It is noisy if you are facing the street Its an expensive hotel
