We had a comfortable stay in this flat. The property is very well located for exploring Buxton and the surrounding area, and it is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the Pavillion Gardens. The rooms were clean, spacious, and full of light, even on a cloudy winter day. The parking behind the flat was also easy to access (with a mid-sized car) and the video provided before arrival showing how to find the parking spots was very useful.
There was no mirror in the bathroom, nor were there any hooks for hanging towels to dry.
The property is on a moderately busy road and the windows have single-glazing which lets through a lot of road noise, this is especially noticeable in the living room if using the sofa bed.
7.0
Good location, spacious, comfy bed.
No parking even though the apartment is advertised as having an allocated space, when we arrived there weren't any spaces left. Only mirror is in the living room. A bit cold and damp. Needs a better blind or curtains in bedroom.

Location was very good
Bedroom at the rear allowed for a good nights sleep
Rear access from kitchen to parking space convenient
Bathroom was a little damp- possible problem with extractor fan and missing mirror a slight inconvenience.
Steep steps to property may be problematic if you have mobility difficulties, however accessible from the rear.
5.0
Location and the property itself
The apartment cannot sleep four comfortably. The sofa bed supplied in the lounge is not comfortable. We would have been better on an inflatable mattress. It also appeared that there is only one parking space for this apartment.
The bathroom appeared unfinished, didn't even have a wall mounted toilet roll dispenser. There are no mirrors in the bedroom or the bathroom.

The location was perfect for getting to and away from the town centre.
Having a big car can be tricky when parking.

Apartment is in a great location - easy walking distance to the centre of Buxton. Has a raised position above the road, so traffic noise is low. Huge reception room with sofa and table/chairs, and a large bedroom, so plenty of space. Well priced.
Lack of bathroom mirror, non-functioning bathroom extractor fan, lack of hooks in bedroom or bathroom for towels, missing lightbulb in hallway. Interior needs some tlc - lots of bashed up paintwork, skirting, and marks on walls. More electrical sockets would be handy. Front door needs to be slammed hard from the outside to shut it but has no door handle... Would not recommend for anyone with any mobility/balance issues due to very uneven path surface, deep steps to the front door and no hand rail.

The location was excellent
There was no mirror in the bath room and I did not get a response from my messages the bed was not comfortable and information was missing about how to work the tv

They provide all the facilities and rooms were clean and it’s a good location.
Only thing they don’t have freezer option in the fridge.

Spacious, light and airy. Good location near the Pavilion Gardens (and the wedding venue that we were attending). Bed and bedding was comfy. We were sent a video about how to find the parking, which was helpful.
There was no mirror in the bathroom (or the bedroom). General equipment was adequate, though not great (just enough crockery, nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, boiler positioned awkwardly above the sink). Access up from the road to the front door was a bit awkward. Access to the back door much easier but involves a detour of a hundred metres or so. (Both routes involve a few steps).
5.0
It was a superficially well-appointed flat in a nice building, and a travel cot was available for our baby.
Overall it feels like this flat could do with more care and attention. The mattress on the main bed wasn't comfortable, and the sofa bed would've been agonising if we'd had to sleep on it. It was uncomfortable enough sitting on it as a sofa. The decor is a bit stark. Some things have been done too cheaply, for example the loo seat is very flimsy and there was no mirror or cupboard above the bathroom basin; I know that might sound petty but these things do change the feel of a holiday apartment.

Great location and clean apartment
The sofa bed needs upgrading and the double bed in the bedroom is far too soft
7.0
great location for exploring Buxton and beyond, clean flat and bonus parking on on site.
pans and oven tray provided, however, no strainers, limited utensils and no basics of a store cupboard (ie salt, pepper, cooking oil). Also, no cleaning equipment left behind so impossible to clean up after any potential messes/spills.

Great location. Fabulous view from apartment. Easy to find parking behind apartments.
Close proximity to town centre and attractions. It was great to be able to walk to everything I wanted to see in Buxton.
Sofa arm a bit wobbly. TV is a little small. Other than those minor things, nothing to complain about.
8.0
The apartment was spacious, warm, quiet, and we found the bed very comfortable. The elevated position was good, meaning that even though we were in a ground floor flat it was very high off the road. We didn't do the steps in the front garden more than once though! We didn't cook, so can't comment on kitchen equipment.
Bathroom: needs a shelf, mirror, hook on back of door, and toilet brush.
Kitchen: needs an inside door mat - we arrived in very wet weather and walked mud straight in.

Location was excellent and arrangements clear and concise, great that there was parking available as well
Apartment was extremely cold on arrival

Great location.
Tom was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries.
Nothing.

Location was great for its closeness to town and shops etc. The flat was a lovely size and layout with good facilities. Really comfortable bed slept so well.
The lounge doest have double glazing so it was a little cold given the weather. The couch was a little uncomfortable but that's just personal preference

Excellent cleanliness, comfortable bed, great shower, heating was responsive, good location. Plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed. Perfect easy parking at the rear of the property.
The sofa was broken at one end, and really uncomfortable. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful.

Good location close to town centre. Free off-street parking close to back door. Simple decor. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Nice bay window with raised view over street
The living room is a bit too sparsely furnished and could benefit from an extra armchair and rug to give it a more comfort ambience.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the centre of Buxton and the Pavilion Gardens. The place was clean and roomy. Thomas was very helpful and responsive regarding a few minor issues. Buxton is close to Lyme Park which we enjoyed visiting.

Fabulous location
Shower and bath fab
Great to have onsite parking
Master bed comfy
Overall pleasant stay
It wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, dust on several surfaces and gritty bits on the floor, bath had a couple of hairs in it and the kitchen sponge left out was used and beyond its lifetime. Just felt like it could have been cleaner
Sofa bed was a little uncomfy and was very bright in morning due to only blinds not curtains.

Location was excellent.
Parking a great bonus.
Very clean.
Value for money.
Nice large towels and bed clothes were also very clean.
The main issue was the sofa bed.
Extremely uncomfortable and not fit for purpose.
Let the apartment down as other than that it was a lovely stay.
Could do with curtains in the bedroom as the blinds let the light in and in the living room as the main road is noisy when sleeping in the living area.

very modern, comfortable and spacious. Walking distance of decent pubs and the spa. Parking for 2 cars which is great.
nothing

Tom was very responsive to text questions about how to get into the apartment and adjusting the heating. He also sent a helpful video to show us how to get to the back of the apartment, which would have been confusing otherwise. The property was clean and well situated for a walk to Solomon's Temple and through the Pavilion Gardens and to Buxton city centre.

A lovely apartment tastefully refurbished
Parking available, however extremely difficult with the huge van that parked (from flat 2)
Lots of chipped crockery
Uncomfortable master bed
Both nights we were woken by the tenants in flat 2. On the first night my 15 year old was so scared from all the banging she came in my room. On the 2nd night they kept us awake from 11.30pm until around 1.30am. We had just been at a family funeral all day and then had a long drive ahead of us back to Cornwall. Tenants were contractors with little regard for anyone else.
The bath was full of bubbles on arrival (a yellowy colour)

Amazingly clean property in a superb location for location travel to walks and local shops. Property felt very ‘homely’ and didn’t want to leave. Tom was also amazing, any small issues were dealt with quickly and professionally by him (heating issue).. and couldn’t speak highly enough of him. Will deffo be returning.
Bed was a little uncomfortable as was the sofa.. maybe new mattress needed.
6.0
Good location and good size.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable only a double and mattress not of good quality. Only bare minimum of kitchen items. Heating wasn’t working. Sofa in sitting room not comfortable.
