For someone who's charging extra for cleaning the apartment was dirty ,charging extra for towel& bed sheets and electricity ,yes its ridiculous .The apartment didn't meet our expectations .I have been staying in over 40 different locations. No one was charging extra for such things. The reality is different compared with photos on website , the apartment needs to be refurbished . Indeed there is a good location ,close to the beach ,restaurants ,easy acces by bus to Malaga city center ,fully equipped .

Location was great, close to the beach- about an hour on foot to Malaga, close the restaurants. The apartment was big enough for all the family - four beds, two bathrooms ( one en-suite). Beds were memory foam and felt hard to sit on, but were in fact ( we thought) very comfortable. The pillows were also all memory foam. The apartment was fully equipped and comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, and will return !

The towels provided were insufficient in quantity and inadequate in quality. They provided a face cloth, a hand towel and a small bath towel each for one week. I asked for beach towels as well but there was only one available. Going swimming in the sea, sitting on the beach and just generally being on holiday ( when you maybe wash more frequently) requires more towels. The towels provided were thin and cheap and wouldn’t even cover our bodies. The key holder will pass this feedback on and hopefully, he says, they will upgrade the towels - or I’d recommend you take your own. You have to pay extra for electricity € 10 euro per night, extra for sheets and towels €10 per person and a massive €100 for “cleaning”. The apartment is ok cleanliness wise but not worth €100 of cleaning. There was brown limescale in the shower, dust and dirt on drawer handles and tops of surfaces like the fridge. The dish scourer was old and worn; for €100 cleaning, you’d think a clean scourer could be supplied! Generally it was clean enough for us, but the cleaning fee is a way of adding to the cost of the apartment, rather than to clean it thoroughly, and taken with the other charges does add a significant amount to the cost of it, which unsuspecting travellers might not notice before booking it. The extras need to be paid in cash at the start of the holiday.

The place is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensiles) There is everything what you need during a stay. The balcony is perfect with excellent view and the place is very close to beach. It is good for two families or a group of friends. Air-conditioning is in every room.

Everything was really good. The only thing that we didn't like was that we had to wait until 19:00 to be accommodated even though we announced coming at 17:00. It was inpleasant for us because we came to Malaga early in the morning.
