Location and space in the apartment is good.

Deep cleaning require. Sofa is dirty. Even beds, kitchen need be clean hygiene way.

Beds and location were excellent.

The fridge was either freezing all stuff or full of water. It looks as if the freezer was not working. We had to throw some food away and made less use of the apartment compared to what we would have liked. The light in the kitchen would go on automatically (as well as the ventilator) with no opportunities to shut it off altogether.

The owner was very accommodating when we arrived early and got us into a a room. We really appreciate it

Property is in prime location and the host is a superb soul ready to help and support in his limits.

Kitchen needs serious renovation. Everything you see and everything you touch is old and old and old. all functional but needs work. Kitchen top is very minimum size. Total disappointment about this. if you don’t plan to cook, then it should be OK. There was no cleaning provided for all the 4 days we stayed. there was no vacuum cleaner to do it ourselves. so it was real mess by the last day. 2nd bathroom was very small and taking a bath would be challenging task for any morning. Bedrooms were comfortable but needs dusting.

Location was good for Ocktoberfest

We were locked out of rooms every night when we returned. Had to call property manager to let us back into our room.

The location was great!! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family. And having 1 1/2 baths was incredible! Paying a little extra for the on-site garage was totally worth it! I missed the email with the instructions to get the key, but the owner was more than helpful, but just be aware that this comes a couple of days before check-in. We were already traveling in other parts of Germany, and I just missed the e-mail.

1. The bedroom closest to the street was loud early two of the mornings, say 5:30 AM - maybe garbage pick-up or something??? - so put your heaviest sleepers there. It only lasted 30 minutes or so, we both fell back asleep. 2. Wish there had been floor mats in both bathrooms, or extra towels we could have used as floor mats. 3. The floors are all tile, so a few dust bunnies from under the bed moved around the apartment, so the cleaners need to know to sweep under the beds better between renters. These are all MINOR compared to the space and LOCATION!!!!!, but you asked...

Location

First i sent a massage to do late check-in and they didn’t reply until next day when i am already in apartment . Second when we arrived to the apartment location, they asked us if we have a reservation and what kind of apartment we booked, like they don’t check the booking system. Third we booked apartment with wifi and it was not working all the staying time as we don’t have European sim card so it made a problem for us to do reservations for our next destination. Tv as well not working. The electricity is not working in one bathroom. I booked for 5 people and I just found 3 towels and they are the small ones. My friends and I enjoyed being in Munich but not in this apartment.
