The location is ideal, in a quiet neighbourhood of Haidhausen close to Rosenheimer Platz Underground Station only two stops from Marienplatz central Underground station and square. The River Isar & Deutsches Museum and both within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful

The room was hot and I would imagine the lack of air-conditioning maybe an issue in the height of summer. An electric fan was provided so this didn’t spoil my stay. Breakfast was expensive poor value for money and I choose to eat elsewhere after trying once during my stay. I visited during the first weekend of Oktoberfest and the room price was easily the highest I have ever paid in Munich or even the rest of Germany. It didn’t seem to compare favourably with other hotel prices, the only justification was that prices where high in all hotels due to the extra demand. The cost may have been easier to swallow if Breakfast had been included in the price but as one member of staff pointed out ‘it sadly isn’t included’.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe Zentrum, das Zimmer bietet Alles, eine Küchenzeilre, eine Minibar und gute Matratzen. Wir waren öfters in diesem Hotel, diesmal hat das Frühstücksbüffet alles übertroffen. einfach lecker.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were excellent for the price and came with two free beers and two free waters. Bed was comfortable and it had a lot of extra things including a kitchenette. Breakfast was amazing. The location was about a 5 minute walk from the main town area which was perfect and it was easy to get too from the airport.

Great location, we walked to the city centre in 20 minutes. Staff were polite and helpful. Lovely room, spacious with a little fridge. Big comfortable bed. Great shower. Secure luggage store. We wished we had stayed longer than one night!

The street was a little noisy but that's not the hotels fault! Maybe ask for a room on the opposite side if you're concerned about noise.

Room needs renovation, it was old style, very different from pictures. location was ok.

Good location, right next to tub station and 15 minute walk into the centre of Munich. Lots of places to eat round about it. Clean and the Do not disturb sign on the door was respected daily which was appreciated. Bathroom and shower were very decent too

The room and the hotel in general was so so warm. I’d seen a review saying this before but didn’t think anything off it because I’m always cold but wow there was no breeze or anything. Sauna constantly when you were in the room, worse after a shower.

The hotel needs renovation, the common areas are old and run down and the rooms are only partly renovated - the rooms are also extremely warm which makes it difficult to sleep

Everyone was super nice to us. So everything was super comfortable.

For €60 with breakfast in Munich. It’s was great.

Location is top; near all places I wanted to visit! All the time I was on foot, no need for taxi or any other transportation! Room is fantastic, has everything I need; optimally sized room, excellent duvet and pillow, room temperature super; very good wifi, nice personel, clean.. etc etc...

The room was super clean,quiet and comfy.

Good side: The hotel is really nice, clean. Staff is really supportive and polite. Being a new person in Germany, staff helped me a lot. Best area, in the center of Munich.

Bit costly for long term accomodations. If it will be bit reasonable then I would like to spend my full tenure (6 months) here.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room temperature was a bit on a colder side if you were staying there during the day but it was the perfect temperature for sleeping.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

I liked the ambiance, the water, the bathroom, the bed, the chair, the tea.

The only negative was our room was next to a lift and every morning there was a lot of banging from housekeeping trolley

The room was fit-for-purpose and we appreciated the welcome package of beers, coffee and tea.
