Gemütlich und sauber. Das Hotel ist recht alt, strahlt aber Charme aus und alles ist top in Schuss. Das Bad wurde modernisiert. Trotz zentraler Lage absolut ruhig.

Frühstück eher Durchschnitt und dafür sehr teuer. Das Zimmer lag direkt am Aufzug und Treppenhaus und war etwas hellhörig. Zum Glück war wenig los.

Konum olarak merkeze yürüyerek 7-8 dk bir mesafede. Kahvaltisi yeterli, otelin bari olmasi guzeldi. Fiyat performans olarak beklentinin karsiligini veriyor.

Beğenmediğimiz bir şey yoktu. Sadece odanın banyosu tam yatagin yaninda olan bir oda denk geldi ama sorun etmedik.

The service was outstanding and very helpful when I needed to extend our stay.

The cleaning staff could have emptied the trash, glasses more frequently. The staff would knock on the door around 9am to begin the cleaning process. When asked to come back later, they would hang the tag on the door. Cleaning would not happen till the next day. Everything else was superb.

Bei Ankunft war Personal hinter den Tresen unfreundlich hoch zehn. Bei der Abreise war eine anderer Angestellte hintern dem Tresen, dort war Freundlichkeit zu spüren.

Lage perfekt, am Beginn der Fußgängerzone, direkt am Sendlinger Tor. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt. U-Bahn Busse und Trambahn alles innerhalb von ca. 200 m. Frühstücksbuffet gab es mangels Gäste (mit Frühstück) leider nicht. Aber das wurde durch eine persönliche Wunschliste sehr gut ausgeglichen. Das Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber.

Das Bad ist sehr klein. Es gibt eine relativ enge Badewanne, mit Duschmöglichkeit. Leider war die Brause offensichtlich stark verkalkt, sodass diese praktisch nicht nutzbar war. Um warmes Wasser zu bekommen, musste dieses sehr lange vorab laufen. Beim Waschbecken kam das Wasser zunächst recht braun und mit kleinen schwarzen Ablagerung, die offensichtlich von der Leitung stammten. Erst nach längerem Laufenlassen des Wassern kam es klar und auch die schwarzen Ablagerungen waren weg. Vermutlich ist dieses Bad etwas länger nicht benutzt worden.

Konumu, metroya yakınlığı, ısınması (ilk gün serindi kalorifer yandıkça giderek ısındı), temizliği güzeldi. Odada yerde halı yok, hijyen açısından sevindik (bazı fotoğraflarda halı var olarak görmüştük). Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Odaya ketıl ve bebek yatağı istedik, yardımcı oldular.

Odanın penceresi tam oturmuyordu, perdeyi çektik esmedi. Isı izolasyonu için bakılsa iyi olur.

Camera spaziosa, pulita, cuscini i materassi da sostituire, scomodi i cuscini, pulizia della stanza ottima, colazione discreta. Posizione ottima vicino al parcheggio a pagamento. Pagamento caro, diciamo una posizione vicino il centro storico a 10 minuti lungo il percorso pedonale per la famosa piazza , personale gentile , certo non si scompongono più di tanto ma gentili.

Arredamento vecchio e passato si moda , hotel da rinnovare cuscini e materasso.

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel. Y el personal de la recepción muy amables.

La almohada era bastante incómoda.

We found the hotels best feature was location to everything. Close to public transportation, city center, coffee shops and interesting sites. The beds were some of our most comfortable on our trip and so were the pillows. There was a fan in the room which really helped keep us comfortable.

The hotel could use a face-lift in furniture and decor. Room had too much furniture in the small room. Not enough hangers. We also did not ask for any more and made due. Close to main city streets and during Octoberfest we heard many sirens. Fan helped drown those out.

Easy to find and to park nearby. The room is ok for three people.

We knew there were no AC but the provided fan was very busy and having a room on the road was no option to sleep with the window open. Even late at night there are some traffic in the street. Breakfast is little too expensive for what it offers.

Andrea at the reception (for 34 years! Was really amazing and helpful. The location was spectacular- a 10 min walk to Marienplatz or Karslplatz and located on a very quiet street. The room was comfortable (slightly larger than typical rooms in europe - which was very good as we were two friends travelling together). We booked a double room and asked for two separate beds which they were able to provide too. bonus - it had a bathtub too.

The days during our stay were so hot (+34 at the day time and around +24 at night) and it was very hard w/o air condition
