the sink leaked in the kitchen then the ceiling leaked all over the kitchen resulting in the 4 of us having to pack up everything and move rooms the last night. Very inconvenient.

very nice and helpful staff, room size and kitchenette good (we stayed a week), gym good for small workouts, a washing machine and a dryer in the house, room rate was accordingly though, yet they were very, very helpful and accommodating when we prolonged our stay

wet floor cleaning made the floors very slippery and signs where missing (once) we nearly fell

Impeccable standards that one has come to associate with Marriott - extended here too. We were on our family holiday and the staff (Weronika & Co., incl. Mary and a certain gentleman who welcomed us at the time of check in) were super helpful. The rooms (that come with an elaborate kitchen) were extremely well appointed, catering to every need of ours. The breakfast was among the best we had on this European tour. Most importantly, the facility also had a good self-help laundry room. Grateful to the Marriott crew for the wonderful experience!

- The lobby was missing a shoe cleaning machine. - A steam iron box instead of a dry iron box in the rooms would be a good change.

Kitchenette was well thought

Clean rooms, a very filling German breakfast (cold cuts, fruits, croissants, milk, coffee, bread, cereal etc), extremely friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff, noon checkout, fully equipped kitchen, amazing shower strength and coverage, everything was as it should be. The hospitality was amazing! This was one of the best stays we've had.

Not possible to sleep in: The housekeeping crew was very disgruntled all the time. We were jetlagged and wanted to sleep in but wanted our beds made and dishes done in the afternoon. This made the lady very unhappy and she kept knocking on our door every few minutes asking if we wanted housekeeping now. Since we weren't getting any sleep anyway and wanted the dishes done for sure, we finally gave in and got out of the room as early as we could. If you don't want to do afternoon service, better not to give guests the option.

A large room equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was in sight. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and supportive. Convenient parking. The hotel is located close to public transport.

When the parking fee is added to the room price, the hotel moves into a higher price category where there are other and better value for money offers. (For those traveling by public transport this will not be a problem)

Feels high end hotel room with kitchenette which is super helpful for family with kids. Rooms are good size too. We had the family room which is spacious. Can do laundry too which is handy. Cleaning service everyday. Good selection of breakfast. Staff are helpful. Large Supermarkets around the corner - 2 mins walk. Train station is 500m away. Feels like a safe area.

the breakfast was normal,the cup in restaurants was dirty most of them

1- painting wall during arrival 2- Room service wasn’t good 3- No baggage helper 4- no cleaning room

Infrastructure is very good. Location and customer friendly staff. Indeed the front desk staff were very helpful and I recommend the management must keep these guys very happy as they work 24X7.

Breakfast menus to be improved. If appears the list of items like a formality to take care of breakfast and not the intention to really feed the guests. I expect to the rates what I pay to be taken care. Ofcourse the room rent not matching with the size of room rather try to match for brand
