The Villa is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants which are only a 10-minute walk away (although the main supermarket is a little further 15 mins up hill). Palma and the wider local area are easily accessible through public transport and the water park is also very close by and well worth a visit. The villa is in a nice area and is shown in the pictures on the website. The pool area was great and the BBQ on the veranda was well-used by us. As a family group of 10 we had enough space and the host was excellent at sorting out the minor issues we had straight away during our stay (dripping air con unit in one room).

Miguel the owner of the villa was very helpful and always on hand. Very good location for town and beaches. For 10 people the accommodation was big enough with a lovely pool, table tennis, and plenty of lounger beds.

The house was great. Air conditioning in the whole house and good kitchen. Location was excellent near the beach and the city centre. Miquel was very welcoming and he is always available for questions. 10/10 stay

We stayed 1st week of April and are a family of 10 with mix of ages. Transfer - don’t use Hoppa. Didn’t have transfer ready and then dropped off in wrong location. On way back was 40 mins late and we nearly missed flight. Arrival - we were met at the property and shown around. Only issue with this is there is only 1 key given to you which might cause an issue in a big group. Location - villa is vey close to bars and restaurants. The area is predominantly German oriented so everything is geared towards this. Villa - spacious, never felt on top of each other, pool is good size but very cold (it was April). Could have done with a pool cover as leaves were constantly blown into pool. Outside bbq was great and rooms were good size and found all we needed in kitchens and bathrooms. Air con in all rooms. One of the rooms in in outbuilding which is where key was an issue as when house is locked up at night, the people staying in here could not access house. Comms - we had a couple of issues but Miquel was easily reached and dealt with these straight away. All in all we had a great time, villa was as described and we would definitely recommend. Although, we wouldn’t stay in S’arenal again as the area is geared towards German tourists and was not ‘authentically Spanish’.

Dont think there is anything that could have improved, great location near to shops/beech, villa itself was great, kids spent most of the time in the pool while parents could sit and watch. Miquel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, one of our party had a food allergy and Miquel provided alot of info and brought us some egg free bread. Would 100% return 10/10

We stayed in this house with 10 girls total and it was perfect. The location is great for the beach and the clubs. The house had everything we needed. Also the communication with Miguel (the host) is great, he is always available when you need him.

One of the best places to stay in Mallorca with friends or family in our opinion. It has everything from the pool to the location. Also Miquel was very nice en polite.

Nice villa, can highly recommend it! Close to the strip/supermarkets and the beach. It had a clean and nice swimming pool, the only downside was that a bit to much chlorine. Overal 9/10

Just got back from a great holiday at villa sol veri, 9 of us including my three grandchildren aged 10, 8 and 6, the pool is fantastic, the villa is spacious and the location was perfect for us, the BBQ terrace is great, we spent most of our time on the terrace and in the pool. Miquel is a great host, he even brought my wife a birthday cake. I can not praise Miquel or the villa enough. Thank you Miquel. Cliff England

We stayed here with our family, group of 10, aged 6 yrs to 60 and we all loved the facilities, location and feel of the place. Children loved the pool which is large and well kept. Can recommend this property with great property host

Our holiday was wonderful. The house "Sol Veri" is very well situated in a quiet area and also near everything to fully enjoy the holidays with sun and very good weather. The owner helped us with everything and we'll always be grateful for his kindness to our party. We were happy to see that the house had all the comforts and details necessary to make this holiday in Mallorca memorable. The peace and quiet for a perfect rest and the close proximity of all places to visit on the island have made our stay very comfortable. We hope to go back again to "Sol Veri" before too long. We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in this lovely villa which is designed to accommodate several families. The equipment in all the rooms is perfect and the areas of terrace and pool have occupied most of our time. The covered terrace in front of the pool is very cosy and attractive. It´s got a BBQ and a complete view of the pool. The surrounding area is very quiet. It´s 10 minutes from supermarkets, chemist´s and pubs, etc. It´s only 5 minutes on foot to get to the enormous, clean beach, which offers the opportunity to go for walks by the sea. It´s a real delight. Miquel, the owner, was very charming. We didn´t have any problem in the villa, but he visited us and was always at our disposal. We promised that we would definitely be back next year. Thanks a lot.

We had a great week in this fantastic villa just outside Palma, I really enjoyed the modern and up to date kitchen. The BBQ out on the terrace was perfect for cocking both fish and meat as a change of going to restaurants. The pool was clean and much fun for everyone, especially the kids and gave us other some relaxing time, not always having to rush to the beach. The villa felt very spacious even though we were 3 families and ten people, there was always some place to sit if you wanted your privacy as well as lot of room for everyone to hangout together. The table tennis in the backyard was perfect for family challenges. Even tough private parking was available it was easy to park the car outside on the street, which made it easier for us with three cars, we didn’t have to move cars before we could leave when we had separate activities. Miquel the owner was very service minded and was there for all our questions regarding everything from how to urn on the lights in the pool to where to eat and shop. It was also very appreciated with a complementary bottle of Cava on arrival and that Miquel came and said goodbye the last night of our stay, treating us with another bottle of Cava. We will definitely return to Miquel and his great villa. // Peter

Booked this villa for a surprise week away for my sisters 40th. Rooms are all clean and even though there was 10 of us there, there was plenty of space. Our boys 15 and 17 loved their "den" in the garden. Lovely clean pool at front of villa, a bit cold this time of year though !! Miquel, although we never actually met him, was lovely and even left champagne and a cake for our arrival. He is always available by phone or e-mail, great communication. We managed to see most of the island by hire car from here. Good location, right by the harbour and beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants, although because of time of year quite a few were shut. Still managed to find some good restaurants at night and gift shops in the day. Would love to return in the height of summer to really enjoy the pool and the lovely terrace on the first floor would be amazing for sun bathing. I highly recommend this Villa for your stay in Mallorca.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa. Miquel was the perfect host who welcomed us to Mallorca with charm and affection! The rooms were well air conditioned, clean, and well kept. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for meal preparation. The pool was perfect after a day of touring! Miquel was a phone call away and immediately addressed all issues during our stay. The Villa is situated in a great location near the beach, restaurants, shops, and taxi or bus to Palma were easily accessible. I highly recommend this Villa for your stay in Mallorca!!!
