The place was clean and comfortable. It was located very close to our family's house, groceries, etc ... Would stay here again

The house was so cute! Easy to find and comfortable. I especially loved the living room furniture…usually couches and chairs are too low for me to be comfortable but these were great. I appreciated the reclining aspect. Only thing I would suggest would be a slip resistant mat for the bathtub…or something so it’s not slick. Our stay was very enjoyable!

This is our third time to stay in this house for a summer softball tournament. The two bedroom one bath is 8 mins from the fields. Super convenient. Always clean and easy in and out. Our travel softball days are over so this was out last trip but so glad we found this cute place.

Wonderful accommodations and such an ideal location. You forget you are in the city with the yard.

Perfect little home situated squarely between our 2 son's family homes. Great highway access and shopping & restaurants close by. Accurate description of property and furnished above what one might think of a short term rental. Communications with owner easy and helpful. Took a moment to figure out the TV, but had a full range of YouTube channels and selections available. We stayed a week and beds, couch and chairs very comfortable. Bathroom/ shower was very nice. I will tell my traveling friends about this place. Thanks!

I’m from KC now residing in Dallas and always have stayed a DIE HARD Chiefs fan! My son is also a Chiefs fan where we come once a yr to a game. This was the first and “WON’T” be the last time that I will book here. The location was “PERFECT”! Cozy and very much relaxing. I looked at the reviews and all were great and why I chose. Of course like everyone stated, I also liked the welcoming candies and also my printed sign at the sofa table. It’s outside of the city that I wanted with lots near. It was cold, but you can go outside and have a cup of coffee and just enjoy things that I loved with peace. I called my soon to be wife as I’m getting married this Friday 12/15 and sent pics and told her about the home and how I have to bring her to KC and stay there. I also told my other kids when I arrived back to Dallas about the home where we will “HAVE” to make this our yearly place to stay when visiting. If anyone reads this, I “HIGHLY” recommend this home as it is a “HOME” to stay in if you’re visiting KC or just wanting to have a getaway if you reside there. It beats a hotel for sure. You have all your needs there that’s provided. You will not regret it!!

My daughters and I came to KC for a girls weekend. The Vrbo was our first stop and set the whole tone for the weekend ! Beautiful home, warm colors, so clean and just perfect! Two bedrooms with 3 beds. Double vanity bathroom with a pristine shower tub combo. Top that off with a fun deck and washer and dryer! We will be back!

House is located in a nice neighborhood close to many stores. Not far from downtown KC and many places to eat. We have booked this house before and will do it again.

This was a perfect location for our softball tournament. Also really enjoyed the hiking trails over at Shawnee Mission Park. The outdoor space on the deck was nice in the mornings and evenings.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were AMAZING! Plenty of space for a family. I will absolutely stay there when in Kansas City again! So much less expensive than a hotel AND the whole house to yourself!!!!

This was a stay for me and my husband. We were visiting family from OK. We have never stayed in anything but a hotel, so we tried a VRBO under my daughters idea. It was perfect for our visit. Gave us plenty of space, it was clean, and just right. Thank you.

Much needed getaway to reconnect with 4 college friends. House was perfect - allowed for adult beverages, card games, eating out with close options & hours & hours of laughter. Accommodations were as described and perfect!
