We loved our stay! The breakfast had a good variety, it was clean, quiet and friendly staff. The only thing I was upset about was that our shower wasn’t working. Luckily we had a bathtub but it was a bummer.

Bathroom smelled like backed up pipes and the room appeared to not have been vacuumed

Good Facility

My room was very quiet. Not a lot of outside noise. Waffles , yogurt, juice, eggs etc., for breakfast was perfect. Pool was very cool but felt good after being out in the heat.

Good hotel close to restaurants, plenty of parking, quiet.

It was easy to get to from my nephew’s in Lansing. The staff was friendly and pleasant as they worked on my reservations, which were a bit confusing.

The woman working at the hotel worked very hard to keep the hotel clean and looking nice.

Great Place to Stay When we Ice Skate In KC Area. It is very close to the sports complex and has several good restaurants within safe walking distance nearby. Nice place

I only went to hotel to swim, which I couldn't because they alot of family there with kids for a baseball tournament. I wasted 159 to sit in a room, which I could've done at home up the street

This Hampton is an older property, but well maintained. Clean inside. The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was helpful and kind. Made our group feel welcome

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The front desk service was very pleasant. We were offered bottled water which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Shawnee Kansas!

Nice, comfortable hotel. Very kind lady hosting the breakfast area Sunday morning. The only slight issue we experienced was the sheets were very stiff and scratchy.

Very quiet! Hot breakfasts are always good at a Hampton Inn. Slightly different options each day for the hot foods (biscuits and gravy, sausage, Western omelettes, scrambled eggs depending on the day). Shower was hot and shower head is nice. Staff were very friendly. The only issues were that the TV service wasn't working well (kept cutting out), the indoor pool was chilly and kind of cloudy, the comforters seemed short on the sides, and there wasn't a 24 hour convenience area in the hotel, which is pretty standard these days. Vending machines didn't have water. There is a gas station really close where we could get things, but that's something to plan ahead for. We didn't bring any issues to anyone's attention because they were pretty minor.

The hotel and service were great! The shower was good - shower head was nice and high (we are tall) and the water pressure was good. The lady running the breakfast was wonderful.

we liked everything except the freezing indoor pool and the freezing elevators that were not heated. Breakfast bar was nice room was clean.

It’s a really nice hotel and a quiet area. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m visiting family.

There is a smell in the bathroom. Also there is no handsoap to wash hands in the bathroom. No cup for mouth wash after brushing teeth.
