Très très bon petit déjeuner présenté tous les matins avec un menu diversifié, dans une jolie salle de style avec canapé et fauteuil.
Ambiance feutrée, personnel au TOP discrétion assuré et de grande qualité.
Tout était parfait, nous avons été agréablement surpris et recommandons cet établissement.

Posizione perfetta, personale ineccepibile e gentilissimo, struttura molto bella (un vecchio convento ristrutturato). Bello il centro massaggi. Una bella e accogliente zona solarium. Colazione cara ma con una quantità alla carta notevole.
Spa veramente piccola. Una nota negativa la pulizia (ho trovato un paio di calzini degli ospiti precedenti), cara come il fuoco l’acqua (6€ per acqua gasata filtrata da 750cl). La spa deludente (solo una piccola sauna e una zona idro non perfettamente funzionante. I teli spugna e le lenzuola erano con piccoli buchi. Non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. La camera deluxe con vista giardino bella ma piccolina. Armadi inesistenti.

Excellent location. Lovely hotel. Staff were great and helpful.
I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and they charged 60 euros when the usual taxi price would have been 15 euros, a bit too much of a mark up for me. I did request a quiet room as I am a light sleeper but they put me in a room opposite building works which did unfortunately wake me up each morning, although the window did block out quite a lot of the noise.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that I actually had to leave. It was that good for me. Can’t wait to come back

The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable , each day it was cleaned new towels and bathroom products re stocked . They also left free champagne as it was my partners birthday . Very nice touch!!
Nothing was ever to much hassle and was done ASAP once you ask . Will definitely stay again!! LOVE!!
Sun bed are always taken very quickly but pool staff try there best to accommodate beds as much as possible

Sabe aqueles lugares que te fazem voltar no tempo? Mas a época em questão é a nobreza europeia. Esse hotel é uma palácio restaurado, com incríveis detalhes preservados. Conforto, excelente atendimento, luxo e sofisticação. Super indico! Meu agradecimento ao Sr Pedro Vale, na recepção, Sr Miguel no restaurante; e ao gerente geral, o brilhante Leandro Muñoz.
A piscina externa, apesar de linda, podia ser climatizada. Pode ser coisa de brasileiro mas, olha, faria uma incrível diferença. Ainda assim, nadei!

the front desk "free upgrade" our room into basement, I do not know what to say. in order to get to my room, from lobby, I ride first elevator into second floor, walk the long hall way, then ride another elevator down to first floor/ basement.

the location was fantastic and the rooms were quirky and very comfortable. Pool area was great for central Lisbon and you couldn’t hear any traffic.
The breakfast service was very slow and some of the specialty meals were missing each day which was a little disappointing. Waiting 20mins for a coffee not expected at a 5* hotel.

Rare gem in Lisbon with a beautiful swimming pool and courtyard, currently has only two or three comparables in town. Even in the middle of the craziest summer rush the service carried the typical Portuguese excellence - food as well - swimming pool gets busy but it’s gorgeous nonetheless

The pool area is beautiful and the staff very attentive. The terrace where breakfast is served is also stunning and the breakfast itself was fantastic.
I didn’t think the interior of the rooms were in keeping with the aesthetic of the building. But this was personal preference.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and transport links. The hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned as often as we wanted. We chose to have breakfast and we were very pleased we did as it was delicious with lots of choice. We highly recommend this hotel, it was everything we wanted and more.
There was graffiti on the walls opposite the entrance to the hotel which detracted a little from the general feel of this wonderful boutique hotel.

Good location
This is nothing like a 5* hotel. Had no soap in the room for three days despite multiple requests. WC not flushing properly. Asked for a quiet room and was put 10 metres from the DJ at a baby shower party. There was a noisy wedding on another night and some areas of the hotel were barred to guests. There is no culture of guest service and this cost over 500 Euro per night. We've stayed at much better hotels in Lisbon.
