I booked the room because of the jacuzzi bath tub.
It is clean and nice room. I had a relax night with husband. The bed is comfortable too.
The price is valuable. Hope the hotel keep in the nice condition. And I will be back if come to Penang again.
Limited parking, but I am lucky to get one when I arrive at night.
Jacuzzi no power. So it's just like a big bath tub for me to soak in. If really functions even better.

The place was good. Hotel is located at the central. A lot of good food nearby. The staffs and hotel room cleanliness are also reach my expectation, very nice experience when staying there
Hotel parking is limited, very difficult to get parking. Parking is based on first come first serve even public parking on the road side also are always full.
Tv channel are quite limited can't get all the channels except rtm channel 1.
Bathroom door can't be lock. People will enter easily the bathroom while you having shower.
Feel awkward the sink beside the bed, it should be placed in the bathroom.
No mirror in the bathroom.
Wifi coverage in the room are bad.

the air conditioner wasn’t cold enough. the hairdryer wasn’t working as well. when it was complained they said it will be cold in an hour but it didn’t and at the end the receptionist asked us to change hotel which was almost 10 mins from the actual hotel and it was kinda messy. The room was quite small then expected. It has been told that there’s parking but there’s only space to put few cars and it was fully occupied

People from outside can see the guest through toilet glass window.. No full tinted glass .Vertical blind also useless.

The room
The bathroom, water stain on ceiling in the bathroom, jacuzzi in the room but not in service. Just for bathtub. Abit misleading

At the reception there one someone eating (that toi with bare hands) and talking to me. Which I don't find professional or hospitable.
Bed sheets, towels, pillow cover were stained.
There was a hair on the pillow.
Pillows are full of sweat marks.
Sofa fabric stained.
Bathroom floor and grout full or mold.
TV very small.

The hotel is clean.
The water heater don't work properly and the bathtub is broken. Find better hotel if u want bathtub.

Next room, some Indian customer making noise n singing during 12 an to 3 am disturb my sleep for my last 2 night stay.
