Luxury 6 bedroom modern villa with private pool and stunning sea views
Villa Laranja est une villa exceptionnelle et moderne avec une vue imprenable sur la mer dans la belle station familiale de Praia da Luz. Il a le luxe d'être à environ 15 minutes à pied (ou 5 minutes en voiture) de la plage et des nombreux bars et restaurants de la ville. Cependant, la villa conserve toujours un haut degré d'intimité en étant située dans un cul-de-sac résidentiel calme. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la cuisine entièrement équipée. Cela mène à la magnifique salle à manger circulaire qui suit dans le salon spacieux, ouvert et bien aménagé. Deux ensembles de grandes portes françaises s'ouvrent sur la terrasse et la piscine privée et offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville et le littoral. Le salon dispose de trois grands canapés en cuir, Smart TV 50 ", Apple TV, station d'accueil iPod, TV Internet Freeview, PS3. Une grande bibliothèque de DVD et Blu-Ray est à portée de main. Il y a aussi un vrai poêle à bois si les soirées deviennent fraîches! La villa et la piscine chauffée ont une vue imprenable sur la mer et il y a un barbecue en brique permanent. La piscine a des marches adaptées aux enfants. Les dimensions de la piscine sont de 4,1 mx 9,5 m.
Une petite aire de jeux pour enfants se trouve à seulement 30 secondes à pied de la villa.

Villa has a great layout, spacious and comfortable for a large party. There were 14 of us!
Kitchen was well equipped advise more unbreakable glasses & crockery for use outside.
Plenty of sunloungers, shade and large dining area made outdoor living comfortable. Perfect area to explore our favourite areas on the western algarve.

The villa was perfect for a big group like ours: a big kitchen so that multiple people could be in there at once. Much appreciated shade on the terrace. Great that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. A short walk down into the village (uphill back but perfectly do-able). Property managers super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Our group of 15 people from three generations enjoyed our stay at the Villa Laranja. Communication with the owner and the property manager was solid and all of our needs was taken care with minimal delay.
Bedrooms were nice and the pool area was beautiful and pool was big enough for our needs. Only complaint would be the kitchen equipment: knives could use sharpening or replacement and other kitchenware were pretty scarce, if you are looking to cook something for bigger crowd.
All and all solid experience for big family vacation in Algarve!

Overall a good villa for large parties.
The villa could do with some tlc. We had no welcome pack not even any toilet paper, which is very poor, for the amount we paid.
The sky subscription ran out during stay, reported but not sorted.
Also the floor of swimming pool very rough, all the children have cuts on their feet.
In the house book of rules, you are asked to keep house clean and tidy, we didn’t even have any kitchen spray and the Dyson in charge in the kitchen was missing the main part, so unable to hoover.

Beautiful villa with absolutely stunning sea views. We were a group of 10, ranging in age from 28-60, and we all loved the villa and Luz itself. We also had 2 dogs with us and it worked perfectly for them too as the garden is secure. Yes it’s a hike up the hill from the town but the pay off is the view from the villa, and the walk would not be a problem to anyone with reasonable mobility. A taxi if required is only €4-5. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars in the town and a couple of supermarkets between the villa and the beach. The town has more of a family/ couples vibe than a party town, and that suited us perfectly. Staff in the shops, bars and restaurants were all super friendly.

The property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Each room had its own en suite which was ideal. The outdoor space was lovely. There were gathering places for conversations and a beautiful table for games. Our host was wonderful and extremely responsive! The location of the property was great for the places we wanted to see. We would highly recommend this property!

Villa Laranja, located in Luz (near Lagos, Portugal), and is just what the doctor ordered for up to 14 weary travelers.
The rooms were all terrific, each with a private bathroom, and the common areas easily accommodated our traffic jam of 12 guests.
We used the pool, over-used the refrigerators, and completely enjoyed our stay.

Our family group of 9 had a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool, and the beautiful views over the sea. The location is peaceful and quiet, with a short 10 minutes walk downhill into Luz. It was great also to have regular visits by staff to check the pool, garden maintenance and a full house clean and fresh linens after week 1. We'd have liked to have had a garlic press, some table place mats and a blender or food processor available, as we self-catered quite a bit. Overall a fantastic place for a large group to stay. Would highly recommend.

We were a party of 4 adults and 6 children (ages 4-9) have just finished a very enjoyable stay at this lovely villa in August 2023. There was plenty of space and the pool and surrounding exterior patio areas were a real highlight. The villa was well equipped and the communication with the owners / management team could not be faulted. Thank you very much for having us!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of 14, ranging from a 1 year old to a 77 year old. The rooms are spacious and well stocked with everything you might need for your holiday. Every room is en-suite which is a real bonus. The pool is a decent size for a villa pool and the children in our party spent hours each day in it. The view is fantastic and the balcony configuration is genius.
There was great communication with the owners in the lead up to our stay and we had absolutely no problems whilst we were there.
The walk to the beach/resort centre was a little too long for the oldest and youngest in our group especially the incline on the return journey, but fine for most. It is worth noting that there isn’t much in the way of shops/restaurants closer to the property than the resort centre.

We were 5 college friends from the 80's who took a girl's trip to Portugal. We all loved Karen's villa. 4 of the rooms have beautiful views of the ocean and separate balcony entrances. The pool was great, and the house has all the kitchen amenities you need. Because you have to take the garbage out before you depart, it would have been nice to have had garbage bags to use, there was only one. The dishwasher was difficult to operate and didn't work the last day, but we all said we would stay here again and everything else was great. The neighborhood is quiet, and the area is very safe. It's about an 18 minute walk from the villa to the water downhill and coming back is a bit more difficult depending on your physical level. We always found easy parking in Luz, however.
We had to change our stay at the last minute and Karen was so accommodating with the change and I really appreciated that.
Luz is a special place, the people are so friendly, and the food is excellent! Thank you!

This house was great for a multigenerational family. We enjoyed the view, the pool and the ability to provide eleven people with anything you needed in the kitchen and outside area. It was a short drive to the beach, stores and restaurants, but doesn't really lend itself to walking there. The pool was heated and was the center of the action. Also it was a great location to go and explore many other sections of the Algarve. For a first time visit to the area it was a great place to stay.

An amazing holiday in a fantastic villa
After a delay of 2 years, we finally got to visit this amazing villa and it lived up to everything we hoped it would. The 3 generations of family that we had with us, all had a fantastic time. The rooms were great, the pool excellent, the views and surrounding area lovely. We had a couple of technical issues and the staff were on hand very quickly to sort this out. Would holiday here again And would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect villa holiday in this beautiful area. Thank you

This villa was perfect for our group of 11. The location is beautiful I walk into town was easy the walk back up was not too bad. The beach in the town are lovely. It was an easy drive over to Lagos. Everything working with the owners was very smooth and they were very attentive with all of our questions and needs. It was a terrific stay - wonderful opportunity for a 3-generation family vacation to break out of COVID. The house was beautifully appointed and luxurious.. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and large and the pool was a highlight for family volleyball.

Wonderful house, beautiful location (near luz beach), well equipped kitchen (lots of crockery and spacious).
Room for improvement are the beds, which were very small and short.
Contact with the management of the house was very good. We had a minor problem with the plumbing, and it was quickly fixed.
We will definitely consider going back.

Lovely spacious house for quiet family holiday
Richard and Karen were very responsive and helpful to any queries and similarly the management company were quick to act when we thought we’d locked ourselves out of the house!
The house was a great size for our extended family holiday (4 adults and 5 kids), very clean and all bedrooms very spacious with en suits
Lots of outdoor space and sun loungers and great view. we had the pool heated which was perfect (even in August our party wouldn’t have coped with cold water!), good size although a bit of a squeeze when everyone was in it and the sides/floor are very rough in parts, resulting in most of us having scraped feet at some point
The villa is at the top of a very steep hill from the town/beach, it was a great walk for the adults getting their steps in but be warned small children will likely moan…a lot
Great supermarkets in town and some lovely little restaurants the owners recommended.
Great watersports (inflatable sofas and kayaks were fab) and boat trips (RIB to see dolphins amazing) from the beach, again information provided in the welcome guide from the owners.
Would happily return again, only real downside is the hike up the hill but not an issue if you’re aware

Beautiful house
Beautiful house within driving distance of amazing beaches, sites and nice villages. Our party was 11 people and we had plenty of room. We rated it 4 out of 5 stars because not all supplies were in the house (hand soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall I would stay at this place again.

Villa Naranja is the ideal place for a big group!
My high expectations for this property were met in full! We were celebrating my 60th birthday, "Savoring Sixty" and had a house party of close friends and family. It was a very memorable experience.
I was really happy to see so many glasses, plates, silverware etc. and when we sought some extras to lay our celebratory table, Lourina was able to bring tablecloths and nicer salt and pepper shakers. Their response to our questions was terrific. Although they forgot to heat the pool that we paid extra for, when they found out, it was rectified immediately! Great service.
All my guests were very complimentary about their accomodation and we would all return.
