I am from Wisconsin and Entered this house with Skepticism, and found that it is exactly as as the pictures show, It was Amazing, however those beautiful Chairs at the breakfast bar are only for looks, as they have uneven legs and rock, except for 1, and I believe the refrigerator and Lighting issues I reported were dealt with. There is a pair of Beautiful Ducks that visit everyday, not sure of the species, and if you use hotdogs for fishing off shore, you will catch many Catfish, and use lures for many more species. There are many friendly neighbors.
Over all it was the most amazing stay all as described!!

Nice house the kids had a tremendous time in the pool. They love to fish, but the home definitely was in disrepair. The house was not very clean either all of our feet by the end of the day were black from the floor that obviously wasn’t cleaned .There were many HAZARDS outlets hanging out of the wall. They could a potential DANGERS to myself and grandchildren. Dishwasher was falling out from underneath the cabinet. The ice machine was broken, and the owner knew it was broken, the shelving in the refrigerator was broken not fixed egress doors from inside that were unable to be opened. I had to call them two or three times before we got anybody to come out and help and when they did come out to help items were fixed immediately, and the property manager said there were many other things that needed to be fixed as well , we spent almost a half day waiting for them to come out And fix the hazards.

I could go on and on but I want to start out by saying the sunsets and sunrises were my favorite ever!!!! We had the chance to c shark, dolphins and tons of iguanas and lizards ..the kids absolutely loved the pool and the searing out around the pool was plenty for the 10 of us ..we also rented a pontoon and got to enjoying riding through the canals and seeing so many beautiful boats and houses...We appreciate u having us stay in this beautiful home and hope to b able to do again in the future. Thank you!!!

The house and neighborhood was very laid back , and friendly. The neighbors next door and across the canal at the back of the house were just really nice people. Over all we enjoyed our stay for sure.

I was very unhappy they listed bikes and there weren't any. The master bathroom needs some repairs, like a new toilet seat. The towels should be white so that they can be bleached. Multiple mis-colored towels and washcloths. There should be blinds in the master bedroom looking toward the pool area. The steps from the pool to the yard need repaired/replaced. The kitchen was fully stocked and that was nice to have every pan we needed. Also, please address the little bugs in the kitchen on the island.

Not all wheelchair accessible, but accommodating!
FYI for any disabled people, the listing says this is wheelchair accessible but my dad who uses a wheelchair couldn’t get through the door into the only accessible bathroom… but we told the property manager and they had someone out within like an hour to remove the door!!! She was so so responsive to any of our needs, which was awesome. The other thing is that there’s a step down to get into the patio area, so my brothers had to lift my dad down that. Hopefully they can get a little ramp or something?? The property itself was great, plenty of space and the outdoor screened in portion was lovely. Beautiful sunsets :)

Overall great experience
Wish the property was in better condition for the $$ paid, it was a little dated but we had good family time. Great location (corner house) good fishing. Wish we had known their boat was for rent, we rented from a different company.
Not all rooms had cable. Excellent response from Property Mgmt on assistance needed. Thx for a good time!

Enjoyed the home and pool but the one toilet worked off and on the whole week, the outdoor shower did not initially work, the pool deck could have used a power scrub, the outdoor fans needed to be fixed

Our summer home!
This was a perfect house for our family, the house is very spacious, my son actually saved a dog that was stuck in the canal, thank goodness he saw it because a big alligator came swimming by little while later, and it was cool seeing all of the owls in their burrows throughout the neighborhood, I would definitely stay here again!

Sweet vacation
This house was very nice. Our family of 7 was pleased with the nice pool! We were disappointed that only one kayak was usable. The other one took on water because of a Crack. The private beach was awesome with a wonderful breeze! We saw dolphins, iguanas, & a snake. The beaches are far away (like an hour) and there are no beach chairs to use in the house so be prepared to rent. But it's a great location that I would definitely stay again!

Nice house for large group
Clean pool and yard, ample outdoor seating, easy access to the river and Gulf. Overall, the house was clean and had plenty of space for 10 people, including 6 kids from 11-16. There are some minor fixes that need done like the drain stop and toilet seat in the master bath. Several utensils in the kitchen were broken and need to be replaced. The dishwasher, washer and dryer all worked well.

Great house for 3 couples with kids
We really enjoyed the spacious layout of the house and especially the pool. We do wish there were a few more basic amenities like more than 1 roll of toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel etc. This was the first time I’ve rented a house where we needed to buy those things on the first day we stayed there.

Peaceful Paradise
My family had a relaxing week at this beautiful corner property! There are many amenities, and the owners stocked the house with items we didn’t even realize we would use. We grilled out every evening and ate outside by the pool, fished on the pier, and enjoyed the pool. This house allowed us “our space” while still being able to spend time together. We made wonderful family memories.

Nice relaxing vacation
We had a nice relaxing vacation away from the snow. Most of our time was spent out by the pool. Lots of restaurants within easy driving distance. We had a couple maintenance issues that were addressed right away. Icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work and the property manager brought out a bag of ice within an hour. The weather was perfect!

Awesome Pool - but Cleanliness is Subpar
We rented the Villazo Ann the first week in January. Arrived on a Sunday evening. The outside lights were on, as well as few lamps inside the home, along with some music playing - definitely a warm welcome. Once we started to move our belongings inside we quickly discovered how filthy and duty this home really was. We were able to unlock the front door, but after we relocked the door, something broke inside the locking system and we've been unable to go in or out the front door since. I placed a call to the office to let them know and nobody had stopped by to fix it. The entire floor was sticky like it hadn't been mopped in a long while. You can see black filth around the light switches and door handles. We had bought our own Clorox wipes to wipe down these surfaces. One of the shower doors doesn't open. There are a handful of lights, lamps that the light bulbs are burnt out. (attempted to change a few, but unsuccessful) The duct vents in the ceiling in the kitchen/living/dining room look disgusting - makes me wonder what the rest of the ventilation systems looks like. We could not get the grill to work. Having a washer and dryer on sight was very handy with 3 young children. The kids had a awesome time in the pool! Having the pool in the backyard with all the Covid-19 restrictions was one of the only added benefits to this home.

Not bad, but not great
Dirty linens on bed to include shirt curly hair and crumbs in the bed, disgusting. Pool heater was broken for half of our trip and water was too cold to swim until the property manager finally got someone out to fix it. Grill was dirty with no brush to clean it, 3 smoke detectors chirping all night thought the week (we changed the batteries on one then the next night another one was chirping). Property boasted beach like sitting area, but when we arrived the sand was dirty, full of weeds and tree debris. The pool table had a 3 to 4 inch drop in one corner rendering it virtually unusable, take was rickety and unstable, looked like it might fall over. Advertisement indicated working gym, but equipment wss in poor condition, basically unusable. Also, 1 bathroom door did not lock. After the pool heater was fixed, we were honestly able to enjoy the rest of the trip, except for the smoke detectors.

2020 family vacation
We had an amazing time at the property. Lots of space for the 8 adults and 2 young children. Beautiful location and close to everything. We had a couple issues that we addressed promptly with the property managers and were resolved quickly. We would definitely come back.

Sisters Trip
My six sisters and I LOVED this Home! There was plenty of room for us and the house was very comfortable. We were close to grocery shopping and restaurants, and yet felt very private while at the house. Being right on the canal was beautiful and relaxing. The pool was perfect, half shaded and half sun, so you could get out of the sun if you wanted and still able to be in the pool and part of the group. The table outside by the pool seated 8, and was great for playing cards, dominos and just chatting. The dining room table also seated 8 very comfortably, for several enjoyable meals. The kitchen was very large, with enough room for several people preparing meals. We never had to look far for any kitchen utensil or appliance. The house is set up so that those who stayed up late talking and laughing didn’t disturb those who went to bed! We fished off the dock and caught several catfish and one snook. We saw a manatee and lots of jumping fish! We had a GREAT time and would highly recommend this house. We hope to make this our new “Sisters Trip” house!,, we will be back!

Good location for access to beaches. Basic amenities were lacking upon arrival. I.E. toilet paper, dish washing soap. Clothes detergent. Needs attention to details.

AMAZING
Beautiful Home-- Perfect location as not too far away BUT Not in busy area, pool was wonderful, spacious, all that we needed was there--EXCEPT Could use some extra blankets for beds & maybe for couch snuggling? - enough room to be together & have our own space, fishing off dock, kayaks. beach was serene for morning coffee & course for grandkids digging in sand-- LOVED this house!!

Lovely modern villa. Well located and close to all amenities.
This property is decorated to a very high standard. It has 5 spacious bedrooms and a wonderful living area adjacent to the large modern kitchen.
The house was very clean and tidy on our arrival.
The pool area overlooking the intersecting waterways is well equipped with plenty of seating and sun beds. We saw numerous manatees during our stay.
The house is a very short drive to a large supermarket and there are numerous restaurants nearby, although there are many really good eating places within easy reach by car.
Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva are within a 30 minute drive and really good shopping can be found at a The Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point, again within a half hour drive.
Fishing from the docks was brilliant and we caught an amazing amount of different species including a couple of huge redfish.
We liked the place so much, that we booked it again for 2019.
As usual the staff at Roelens were friendly and helpful. Their office is very close to this property.
Thanks again for another wonderful stay in South West Florida.

Beautiful home. Equipped with everything you’d want. Great location! Near food, shopping, beaches.
The house is situated on a canal and has a great set up to sit by the water. A sitting area on the dock and a separate sitting area with sand and a palm tree. The pool and outdoor area were also great for hanging out. Speakers outside allowed us to enjoy music and a comfortable sitting area where we played cards. There’s an outside dining table as well. Spacious, clean. Great property management that helped my husband send birthday flowers and a treat to my friends and I. Highly recommend for groups and families!

Fantastic Location, Beautiful Property
The property was immaculate, superbly furnished in a fantastic location. The shared facilities, lobby, pool, grounds, games room are immaculately kept.
We loved everything about the property. Booking and communication through HomeAway was easy and straightforward. The property was as advertised and exceeded our expectations.

Below standard - avoid this villa
Arrived at the villa after a long drive and were asked to stay in from 6.30pm for Koen from the rental agency of Roelens, to meet and greet with us. He failed to arrive.
The pool lights werent working, the bathroom myself and my husband were using absolutely smelt of stale urine, cracked tile in the kitchen which had been hid by a runner carpet that was dangerous as turned up on the ends, which my daughter tripped over and fell.
Outside pool area unkempt, sunbed broken and all the covers for chairs outside were so dirty we were unable to sit on them. Sockets hanging off in the master bedroom.
Everything we mentioned that wasnt to standard or needed repairing was met with ‘ yes we know about that’ . When we mentioned the smell of urine in one of the bathrooms this was greeted with ‘ noone else has mentioned this’.
The whole of the house was unclean and clearly haddnt been cleaned for a period of time. The agency sent a team out to clean the villa on the Tuesday and they even commented on how dirty it was and the smell of urine in the bathroom.
After the weekend we visited Roelens agency who were looking after the villa to raise our concerns. Koen then came to see us Tuesday. His attitude was disgusting and when asked why he didnt arrive saturday to greet us as his reply was ‘ im here now’ .
We use villas all over the states and europe for our annual holidays and this is the worst we have ever stayed in.
I would have left a comment in the guest book, however its clear that comments that the owners or agency have read have been ripped out and destroyed.
Really trying to pull some
Positives regarding the villa but i would be lying as there are none. We go away to live the dream and in luxuary . The pictures look great on the webpage however this isnt reality when you arrive .
I would advise that this isnt your 1st choice of a villa. This is the 1st time i have ever left a review on villas we have stayed in but i wouldnt like to think people were working hard to pay for a stay in this villa.

Beautiful property
The house was amazing and the kayaks were a lot of fun. The only issue we had was that the ropes around the dock area are extremely unsafe and break apart at the slightest touch. We had a member fall off the dock because of how old and rotten the ropes were.

Fabulous holiday house!
We loved the house, comfortable stay. We really enjoyed fishing and drinks on the dock area. It was a joy to take the kayaks out down the canal and the sunsets were beautiful. Used the gym room too and the children could not get enough of the lovely pool. Really recommend this house.

Great villa with stunning views
The villa is lovely and has stunning views. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need. We made good use of the kayakes and hired a boat for a couple days which we docked easily at the villa. The outdoor speakers are a good feature. There a just a couple of small things that need addressing, the pool area could do with a little tlc there are that marks on the floor where I believe the BBQ is cleaned under the tap. In the pictures there is a corner sofa on the deck but in fact there are only 2 single seaters which meant there were not really enough seats. There are some cracked tiles on the kitchen floor that have been covered up by a mat. Don't let this take away from the fact that the villa is amazing and is in a great location

Beautiful house, perfect layout
8 of us vacationed together, a family of 5, a great-grandma and one set of grandparents, and even though it rained almost the entire time, the interior of the house was bright and cheerful with lots of room to spread out, so no cabin fever. The pier was wonderful to fish off of, watch the sunset, and sit and sip drinks. The house's location is perfect, convenient to amazing restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, etc. It was a nice, easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach and the Edison Ford Museum. Any issue that arose with the house was addressed by the management team immediately. It was well stocked with linens. The beds were very comfortable, no aching backs in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this property!

Very satisfied
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at thi beautiful house. Its is nicely furnished and has a beautiful and private back yard. When we arrived the air condition was broke. The management company was very responsive and actually replaced the whole unit. I would definitely recommend this property.
