Propre et joliment meublé condo 2 chambres, 6 personnes, avec vue sur l'océan et garage privé sous l'unité. À seulement quelques pas de 11 kilomètres de plage de sable blanc et à cinq minutes de marche du célèbre Old Orchard Beach Pier, des lieux de divertissement, des boutiques et des restaurants. Très bien situé et fait pour accueillir la famille, les amis et ceux qui aiment le confort, les équipements et la détente au bord de la plage. Les hébergements comprennent un garage privé, un nettoyage professionnel (et aucun frais de ménage), la climatisation, le chauffage, la literie, les draps, les serviettes de bain, une télévision 46 ', la télévision Hulu Live, une connexion Wi-Fi, un lave-linge / sèche-linge à prépaiement sur place, une douche extérieure, un gril à gaz extérieur terrasse extérieure avec chaises, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, batterie de cuisine, couverts, verrerie, ustensiles, couverts et nombreux rangements dans condo et garage. Il suffit de monter et de profiter! (Il y a une politique de non-fumeur et pas d'animal de compagnie.)

Was wonderful. The local neighbor's are mad cool. 💯🍻. Fridge and TV could have been a little cleaner. But overall was spectacular

Kevin’s place was the perfect location! We were steps away from the beautiful beach, and an easy short walk to Palace Playland, the pier and all the shops. My family and I visited for a full week, and never ran short of things to do.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The surrounding neighbors and visitors were very friendly, and Kevin was easy to communicate with and easy to reach.
I loved that we had a garage space to park in and extra beach supplies available (chairs, sand toys, boogie and skim boards- umbrellas, through we used our own umbrella).
Would recommend bringing extra towels if you have a teenager who wants to use them all. We also bought more toilet paper for the week, but we expected to need to.
Overall we were very happy and would stay again!

To start I noticed right off the bat every piece of furniture had a grimey feel to it, the bed in one of the rooms the blankets and sheets were soaked even though we had just arrived, and the bathroom smelt a bit like sewage constantly. I never expect perfection going into this places but I have never stayed in one quite as gross as this one. Positive note the host was very responsive and you are steps away from the beach.

Reviews are very subjective, but let me describe all the things we like about this property:
Location: a short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. This end of the beach isn't as crowded. A very short walk to the beach.
Interior: Spacious, well laid out, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen
Parking: You have space for TWO cars!!
Utilities: Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, on-site laundry, super-fast Internet, and I could get 5G on my cell.
The stairs are a bit narrow and steep (for people who find stairs challenging) but otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like about the property.

Great place to stay with a family! 1 min walk to the Beach. Nice Kitchen ansldvbathroom with everything we need! Full oh Beach Stuff in the garage so dont need to bring anything from home ( more space in the car ) easy and clear communication with the owner!

We stayed here with our 2 kids (ages 3 & 4) for the week. The neighbors are friendly, the place is quiet and has everything you need for an easy walk to the beach or pier.

Location Location Location
We could walk to the beach at any time day or night, and we did. It was so convenient. Great beach for long walks. My 7 year old loved walking to the carnival in the evening. Good restaurants nearby. The fulltime neighbors were so welcoming. It is a safe and friendly community. The condo is basic, but very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything needed to make a meal. .Kevin was a very responsive and lovely host.

Fabulous location and responsive owner
This is our second summer renting from Kevin. The location is superb and the condo has everything you need. Kevin is extremely responsive and kind. We had the opportunity to meet him in person this year when he dropped off some extra items for our stay. We plan to return !

This place gets 5 stars for location!! Literally steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier/downtown. Kevin is very easily accessible for any questions or concerns.

Also a quick walk to the pier, many restaurants, and entertainment. Having a garage to store all the beach gear in made things so much easier. Kevin was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. It was a great vacation for our family.

Fabulous location
We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s condo. The location was quiet and so convenient to the beach and the pier. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin was very responsive both before and during our stay. We hope to return!

This property was great for a family vacation. It’s so close to the beach and to the town of OOB where there is plenty to do. It is also close to Portland which is great.

WE LOVE OOB
BESIDES NOT BEING DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, THIS CONDO IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE, TWO NICE BEDROOMS AND A LIVING ROOM WITH A PULL OUT ( NOT VERY COMFORTABLE BUT WHICH PULLOUT COUCH IS) THE OWNER HAS PLENTY OF CHAIRS AND SOME BOOGIE BOARDS TO USE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PACK TOO MUCH. HE WAS ON TOP OF ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.
SOMETIMES WE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE INTERNET BUT PROBABLY SO MANY PEOPLE ON AT ONCE SINCE ITS SHARED WITH THE OTHER UNITS. I WOULD DEF. COME BACK TO THIS UNIT.
