The fact that it was clean inside and they upgraded it it looked like.

The outside of the building is a shambles. The clientele around the hotel was extremely sketchy. Heard a man screaming in the middle of the night. Did not feel safe.

Horrible in every way! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned, towel sitting on the floor, fridge was disgusting, rude staff, parking wasn't great, internet was awful, and when I tried ti say something to the Mgr I was treated very rudely. I would never stay there again.

I liked that it was close to all surrounding shops the beach and dinner.easy walk

Upon entering the room I noticed the TV was dirty and the mirror and some spots sticky in fridge the owner was very sweet and accommodated me and fixed the issue.the beds were very clean blankets fresh but the beds were very hard.

Office hours could have been longer

We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room, we did not expect it to be updated for the price. The bed was clean and comfy, bathroom was clean. The disappointment was that the in room refrigerator was full of the previous renters stuff, gross.

Our room was on bottom floor and we parked right in front of it

Staff. ! Man was rude from moment we checked in. There was sign on door stating masks to be worn in office. I'm ok with that and wore my mask. However, when the staff walked in he walked right by us without a mask on and didn't put it on until he got behind the front desk. My husband opened the door and asked where his mask was? He immediately said to me, (what's his problem? You aren't starting off on a good foot.). He kept repeating that. I felt intimidated. Then made me give him card for 155.00 deposit. With a whole list of things and what it would cost if stained, damaged, stolen. Also said if u want to smoke do it on either side of property. Not smokers. Felt afraid to stay , but we already paid. We left for afternoon and went to our room. It was fine except it didn't have microwave like I requested per their site, which they agreed to. I went to office and he argued with me saying I didn't ask. I had email in hand to say I did ask to which he replied it could be arranged. We opened door and it was sitting outside next to door. Didn't bother knocking , just left it there. We didn't dare touch anything. We were so scared of this place and guy and certainly didn't trust him that we immediately froze our credit card just in case... boy were we right.!Fast forward to check out, we were gone early. He tried charging another 145 to make 300 cause he said he smelled smoked through hallway behind our room. This is fraud. We are in the process now with our attorney and we will sue him, as this is not right. I was smart enough to take pictures before and after thankfully
