Super area, so peaceful and quiet, forest views, extremely comfy beds, cosy bedding and pillows. Spotlessly clean with all the kitchen facilities you might need. Seamus was very helpful showing us how to use the heating, advising us on woodlands walks and had fuel ready for a warm fire too. Only a few minutes pleasant drive from Dungarvan town and easy enough to find.

The only thing I felt could have been improved was to provide one extra kitchen chair for the dining table, as there were 5 of of staying but only 4 chairs. However there was a stool in one of the bedrooms so we used that instead and it was comfy.

We were looking for quiet and serene and found it here, beautiful surroundings, woods and walks all about and birds chirping in the morning with no other noises. Bliss. Accommodation 1st class, hosts are a lovely family, courteous and helpful, the man of the house, Seamus (clearly an experienced man at this), went through everything with the property and area amenities in a few minutes and was pleasant and crystal clear. All in all myself and my partner feel it is the best cottage rental we have had so far and it's our thing we do. We will be back as we didn't really want to leave! Thank you Seamus for providing such a wonderful gem of a place to stay. 🙏🙂

The only thing is a squeaky door and the rads pop when heating and cooling, an easy fix and shows the property is very well maintained and the appliances are new. I'm really scraping the barrel here to be honest, everything is new, sharp and tasteful. I fit out kitchens and bedrooms for a living, I know what I'm looking at and everything was excellent quality if not top shelf.
