Do jantar buffet - pouquíssima variedade (pouca possibilidade de escolha) - de entradas, 2° prato e sobremesas. Má qualidade de confecção e pão e sobremesas que não pareciam do dia. O Banho Turco também não funcionava bem - sempre a desligar, não aquecia sequer a sala. Água da piscina pouco aquecida.

Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; wenn man genau hinschaut, sieht man schon abgestoßene Ecken und Kanten. Aber sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet, alles funktioniert, und sie ist sauber. Entschädigt wird man durch das schön gestaltete und gepflegte Außengelände, die Toplage zum Meer und vor allem durch das äußerst freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Personal, sei es an der Rezeption, im Restaurantbereich oder im Hausservice.

Die Matratze war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig für mich, keinerlei Körperunterstützung, kein Halt, man rutschte hin und her. Da hatte ich schon bessere Qualitäten.

Location was great! Steps from the beach and lots of places eat. Villa was clean and comfortable and very roomy. Pools were nice and the Orange Market was easy to get to and very well stocked.

The check in procedures need work. We didn't get a passcode or instructions of where to go to...we finally got an email the day we departed! We went to the Don Joao II hotel reception and they referred us down the road. Since we did not have a passcode we had to walk in the heat. Check in was at 1500, but the receptionist said it will be ready at 1430. We returned at 1445 and the room was not ready...We were finally given the keys at 1600! Receptionists at checkin and spa did not have correct information and not always present. At the spa, they were minor children mishandling the hot sauna and I could not report it to anyone. The Turkish sauna was never turned on even after repeated inquiries.

The 2 bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. It was great having 2 bathrooms . It was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers for everyone. I loved that it was right on the beach and the boardwalk takes you right into the town in about 25 minutes. It is a very relaxing place to stay.

We all agreed it was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. Recently refurbished, spacious villa. Serviced every day. Amazing location beside the beach with fabulous salt pools. Grounds & entire property is pristine. Staff very friendly & so accommodating. Hoping to return at some stage soon.

"Location, location location"! The development is adjacent to the beach and a boardwalk stretches the length of the beach and also provides access to the main town which is less than 15 minutes on foot. The swimming pools were large and during our stay (early July) only lightly used making swimming easy and enjoyable.

The resort needs maintenance. For example there is a large, former restaurant centrally located on site that has clearly not been used for a couple of years and has fallen into a state of decay. Its peeling paintwork, faded curtains falling off poles and dead weeds that have grown inside detracts from what is a very pleasant development. Our one bed apartment (apartment is a closer description than villa, being one of 4 units in a two storey block) had very adequate facilities but was "tired" and in need of refurbishment/replacement of items. Noise from neighbours was evident - felt pads on the bottom of chairs would go a long way to reducing noise levels. This is a fenced and gated development providing a good feeling of security, however a number of gates had been taken out of use and were chained to prevent use which caused an unnecessary inconvenience when it was necessary to walk on to the next useable gate.

The staff were all very nice, housekeeping were very good. The villa & apartment pool was nice and quiet. The villa was clean and spacious. Plenty towels, and daily housekeeping was excellent.

The couch and chair in lounge were horribly uncomfortable, need to have been binned years ago. The double bed was even worse, which meant bad sleeps and sore backs. After 4 nights the bedding was changed and they removed the mattress cover on the bed, just sheet straight onto the mattress, this is so unhygienic! We just used an extra sheet. The pillows also had no pillow cover under the pillow case, pretty unhygienic especially as there was one pillow with old blood on it that you could see through the pillow case; put that one in the cupboard! Also, an apparent clean bedspread was put on bed at the halfway clean, it was more stained than the one we had on originally. We did send in a complaint but no response. The towels really do need replacing but that was the least of our concerns, they were super generous with the number of towels and how frequently they replaced them. And the sun loungers at the villa were pretty dirty and old…. It’s a shame these things haven’t been looked at by the staff and sorted as they are all major things that either make or break a holiday.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated villas. They were clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant to deal with.

The mattress in the baby’s cot was of a poor quality. I would recommend that you bring your own travel mattress.

One issue was that there was no hairdryer in the room. I had assumed that there would be one provided, so I was a bit disappointed when I discovered there wasn't. However, I was pleased to find out that one was available upon request. I simply had to call down to the front desk and they brought it up to my room promptly. It was a minor inconvenience, but it was good to know that the staff were able to accommodate my needs. Another small issue was that the shower only had a handheld tap. This made it a bit difficult to maneuver and rinse off, but it wasn't a major problem. The water pressure was good, and the temperature was consistent, so I was still able to enjoy a refreshing shower.

what a great experience we had - lovely resort, beach and town.

I loved how it was so close to the beach - a little bit further to town than I thought - not that it effected us but anyone with walking difficulties may wish to check it out prior Our TV stopped working and the staff were very quick and efficient at finding a replacement due to it being the evening and would have nothing to do -maybe some board games or books in a cupboard would be a good idea too for people's entertainment

I felt the villa could have been improved - don't get me wrong it was immaculate but lacked some warmth - perhaps some rugs on the floor to stop it being so cold to walk on Some pictures on the wall too would make it more appealing
