As with previous stays here , the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are always incredibly clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. Larger than average.

Being on the ground floor by the entrance we suffered a lot of noise from children running up and down the corridor and above us with young children running around at 5am-6am which obviously woke us up and became very annoying. Would suggest couples without children or older couples to stay on 2 nd or 3rd floor to avoid the same situation. This was the only thing that let our stay down.

The hotel is good value for money - the rooms could do with some updating and modernising Also the pool area needs a facelift seats are worn and the indoor pool is very dated

The staff urgently need to be educated about politeness. The last day I get for free because the receptionist has been abnormally arrogant with me, zero hospitality. I was not supposed to complain but when I was about to take my breakfast the employees of the restaurant just screamed with me asking if I had paid for the breakfast. Not even a hello or good morning before checking properly that our bf was included. Traumatic. I’ll never go in this hotel again and I don’t suggest you to get tempted with the good building they have, you can get better option. The indoor poor is not warm enough. I’m so sorry for the manager that attend us well, but it did not been enough to compensate the lack of professionalism of the other’s employees.

Worth the value. There is indoor swimming pool and the kids can have fun in winter.

the hotel doesn’t change the towels everyday and there is no towel provided in swimming pool.

The food was amazing. The staff was great. The price was right.
