Perfect for a quick layover before an early flight the next morning.
Very sweet host and very clean and comfortable room :)
They offer a very convenient shuttle to the airport for only 5$ and the room is quiet whilst only 5mins away from the airport.

External looks new, room was alright but cleanness needs more priority. The host was very helpful, arrived late at night and we ordered dinner, they accommodated.
Host and his family is helpful. Overall, location is convenient for a one night stay as it’s really nearby the airport.
Bed wants very comfortable, room a little small, and bathroom wasn’t very clean.

didn’t pick up the call at night when we arrived, after knocking the doors for 15 minutes no body responded at night 2 am we have to roam on streets for hotel

The hotel is located in a very safe and strategic location, as it is near to Bandaranaike International Airport (Around 4km). The customer service is excellent at this hotel and the staff are willing to help you with everything within reason to make your stay at the hotel comfortable. They provide breakfast, you do have the option of having a Sri Lankan or English breakfast, it is important that you let know of dietary needs in advance so they prepared your food accordingly. The rooms are clean and the WiFi connection is descent.
It would be nice to have a set menu to see the various food options that are available for breakfast etc.

would’ve been nice ahead of time to be informed of costs associated with lifts. I have no issue paying but when being swayed towards using villa transport over a tuk tuk, I’d expect associated costs to be part of the initial discussion and not well after the fact.

This was a unexpected surprise. The amenities and Service are just amazing. This is called excellence. We had a pick up and drop from and to the airport. Location is outstanding. All over the owners are such a humble people.

Good, clean option near the airport. We arrived quite late, but they were still there to greet us. Rooms are spacious. Good value for money.
