We were four friends in town for a nearby music festival. The place was very comfortable and the location was great. So convenient for boardwalk walks! We’d stay there again. We liked the open layout too- was great for friends who wanted to keep talking to each other whether upstairs or down! (Minor thing: It could have been a bit cleaner—especially downstairs bathroom and floors.)

Right near beach

This is our 3rd summer renting from Bob and we love it! This is the 1st year in this house and it won't be our last. The location to the boardwalk and beach can't be beat. The location is 1 house back from the boardwalk and minutes to all the shops and restaurants, but so quiet at night. We are a family of 4 and this location made getting to the beach a snap with 2 kids and we enjoyed several nights at Strollos Ice cream, just a minute walk down the street. Bob is always so helpful and responsive should we need anything. This is the ideal beach house getaway!

House is clean, comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Perfect location for beach, boardwalk. Great place to stay!!

House was very clean, well heated and had 2 nice, large bathrooms. My family enjoyed being close to the beach & the arcades even if it was only 35 degrees outside! Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Overall a good experience! House has parking for 1 car but on-street parking was available at the end of the lane.

This beach cottage provided a perfect setting for my family and I to celebrate the holidays! Comfortable and conveniently located just one block from Point Pleasant beach, you will enjoy the many lovely touches that make this home so ideal for a getaway!

Robert’s place was perfect for a quick weekend visit to point pleasant to see family. Clean, all of the necessities, and great location. Would be awesome in the summer located so close to the beach!

We rented this home for our family while staying in town for a family wedding. Unfortunately after my last date to cancel, the wedding was cancelled as a result of COVID. Our kids all chose to remain in Cali and at work. My wife and I came and stayed the weekend as to not lose the $1560.00 rental fee. While it was very nice, it wasn’t the weekend we had envisioned.

This wonderful Point Pleasant house was so well kept-up, clean, bright, and beautiful. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, and the beds are very comfortable. HVAC system works great. The kitchen is huge and amazing! The location is perfect; right next to a private entrance to the boardwalk. Property owner is super friendly and easy to work with. We can't wait to stay again!

The rental was perfect. Very clean and cute. Had everything we needed. Close to all we wanted to do. Boardwalk was just a few steps away. Awesome place. Thank you!

Having never stayed in Point Pleasant, we were pleasantly(lol) surprised at the perfect location-steps from the boardwalk/beach and quieter than the hub of Jenkinsons. The house itself was clean, and updated.. the owner, Bob, was so helpful, prompt and responsive. Two thumbs up!

This is truly a 5 star house all the way! It's decorated beautifully and is super clean. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with cooking gear which was great for a foodie like me. The house is steps from the sand and the private driveway felt so safe and quiet even when the town was crazy over the weekend. We loved meeting and chatting with some of the neighbors. Every morning we could quickly walk to our favorite bagel place and our favorite donut place. Each night we headed over for seafood at our favorite inlet restaurants. The owner is so kind and communicated well during my reservation process. I'm already looking forward to another trip down!

30+ springs/summers at Point Pleasant Beach and this property is the best place overall that we have ever stayed.

Two couples coming to Point Pleasant for a 4 day getaway at this home was perfect! I have nothing to say but nice things! The beach was right there! Many places to eat right on the boardwalk! Just what we needed!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay, and Bob was extremely easy to communicate with! He provided us a typed list of restaurants in the area, and we rode our bicycles to dinner every night! We played Can Jam on the beach, mini golf at Castaway, enjoyed arcade games, boardwalk fries, Kohrs Bros Custard, fresh donuts in the am, and even ziplined at Jenkinsons! You are steps away from the beach and boardwalk but tucked away from the noise. Would love to stay here again!Thanks Bob!

Property was as advertised. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. One door down from the boardwalk with easy access to the beach for some nice (cold) walks. Lots of great take out in the area. Bob's communication was thorough and when I had a question or two along the way, he was extremely responsive and helpful. I couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This was the perfect location to everything and house had everything we needed. Hosts are incredibly nice and responsive!

I rented this home to selfI quarantine for 2 weeks so I could be with family for the holidays. Even though it was winter, the beach house was great. Well located - easy to access the boardwalk to walk for exercise. And the wifi and cable were excellent. The kitchen was also very nice. Bob was friendly and helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone in any season.

Bob and Sue's Beach house was perfect, it had everything we needed. The house was spotless and comfortable. Bob was very helpful with any questions and requests. The beach is maybe 100 feet away so you can not beat that. We will book with Bob on our next trip to the Shore.

We stayed at this house for an off season weekend in September. As a family with young children this house worked out very well for us. We were one house off of the beach and boardwalk which made everything very easy. The kids enjoyed the beach and it was easy to run home for bathroom breaks and lunch. The house was clean, modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself returning to the Jersey Shore.
