Usually, the Indians don't honor anything. It was good to speak with someone kind and considerate. Customers spend far too much money for these stays. And expect the privileges when stated. Unfortunately, some people lack customer service and kindness. They get the privilege to be within a system. Choice Hotels needs to be consistent with all the hotels. There should be training with everyone on the same page. As a DIAMOND 💎 member. I'd like to be treated with more than a thank you. The Indians do not give you complimentary water or anything. It would be nice if they'd get with the program and the American way. Lastly, there shouldn't be deposits for DIAMONDS members. We've proven to be good customers. If there aren't any changes soon, I must go to the Marriott Bonvoy. They're consistent with their privileges and professionalism.

Area was very shady, walls in room were filthy. Very thin walls and flooring and bed were super uncomfortable. Dirty wash cloth left in shower.

Floors appeared to not have been vacuumed prior to stay. Tiny bits of paper and fuzz balls all around on carpet. Used wash cloth was left hanging on shower curtain rod.

Comfortable bed. Front desk lady upgraded our room after the room booked was discovered to have not been cleaned.

Room originally booked was not properly cleaned. Our crawling infant found an old piece of candy in the carpet within minutes of getting out of his carrier. Furniture had stains. Tables needed wiped down or dusted.

As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed with big smiles and nothing but brilliant service. Tiffany at reception was amazing and managed to accommodate an early check in for us
