It was amazing! Beautiful place and facilities so clean

Proximity to the concert venue and food was good. Shuttle service was a very nice feature. Room was quiet and cool and roomy. It was probably about 94° outside. Everyone at the front desk was friendly.

There wasn't a full length mirror. The breakfast was nice except for the sausage. I think it's just the type that was used. The woman taking care of the breakfast was working hard to keep the area stocked but she was dealing with a large crowd in a 2.5 hour window.

Location and a Marriott

Outside grounds were unkept. Inside was nice but becoming dingy. Elevators were a bumpy ride. We changed rooms because first one smelled like a wet rag

They were within walking distance of several bars. The check out was 12PM so we were able to sleep in.

Everything was excellent, The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious a different breakfast every day.

What I did not like is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, we had to park in a parking lot that was on the side and walk to enter the hotel

Beds were nice. Location was good.

Front desk staff was rude & seemed annoyed to answer any questions. The breakfast stuff was empty and I heard another guest ask if they were going to put more stuff out she rolled her eyes and said can't see you I'm working on it. Also the bathroom is tiny. Can barely shut the door.

The location was very convenient to UAB which was the purpose of our stay. The staff was excellent and our room was very clean. 12:00 checkout was a great option.

The air conditioning was not left on prior to our arrival so the room was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning airflow is blocked by a bed. The light switch entering the room didn’t work so we had to enter a dark room and find a lamp. The tub/ shower faucet control is installed backward, so hot is cold and vice versa.

Breakfast is okay if you go early enough. Room was spacious and with a good view. Location is great, very central and easy traffic, nice places within walking distance

They didn't clean my room a single time - for a week! even though I requested it twice. The room didn't have blinds - too bright at night Carpet and bathroom could use cleaning and upgrade Most of the staff just don't care - one or two are actually nice, though Elevator needs urgent upgrade ...
