The quality of the apartment was better than we expected and more spacious than we were expecting. The finishing and kitchen were all of very high quality. We hired bikes to help us get around although the beach and supermarket were very close. 5-10 min bike ride to get into Town or the Marina area. Very quiet.

Hard to find a negative. Limited TV - although HDMI cable provided so this did not cause an issue as we could use our laptops.

Very nice apartment very well located. Very clean and up to date. The owner very nice and punctual.

I only did not get this place an accommodation of Excellent because the key to the main port did not work. Fortunately, I brought the keys to the garage and could get in. Also the covered parking place was for an extra EUR per night and ridiculous tight for medium and big cars. It would also be appreciated if at least a small bottle of water could be included in the price and left in the fridge.

The apartment was huge and luxurious, with every possible requirement for a comfortable stay. The pictures did not actually do it justice! The terrace itself was huge with comfortable seating. The apartment complex is quit3 up marke5 and very well maintained. Parking was easy on the road outside and 10 min walk to beach and town.

Nice and calm

Big and well maintained apartment on the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool. Walking distance from the sea, 5-7 min. Big kitchen.

Got a bit hot at night in the bedroom and we didn’t find air conditioning unit but we stayed just 1 night and there might be a central control unit somewhere. Soundproof is not perfect, so we heard neighbors coming back to their apartment in the middle of the night.

The living space which includes a really big sun terrace is big and the gardens are very well kept and that includes 2 beautiful swimming pools. Both bathrooms are attractive and the bedrooms are average but comfortable.

The property is about 20 minutes walk to the beach, a little more than expected and it's another 20 minutes walk to the centre of Denia.
