The bed was comfortable and a great view

The bathroom and the whole hotel could use updated

I really enjoyed the comfortable bed, I was exhausted from a long trip around Marquette & Lake Superior, so it was very nice to have a warm bed. Staff was cordial & was helpful. I only stayed 1 night so I didn't get to the pool.

The only things I didn't like were the room was a little smaller than I expected & unfortunately no wifi was available.

There was lots of hot water and the bed was clean and great view so we decided to just stay.

I was booked 2 mo. In advance for the Bridgeview motel. When I arrived the sign said register at the Sunrise. They obviously overbooked. I felt since I booked 2 mo. In advance I shouldn't have been bumped. I felt I was over charged at $280 for a dirty room with a sour milk oder, no wash coths or hand towels ,no kleenex. 1 tiny bar of soap for 2 people. There was also no one in the office in the am.

The tv was ok, and the beach was somewhat nice.

Mold in the bathroom, fridge didnt work, staff was horribly rude, everthings way outdated except tv. My great grandmother has more up-to-date stuff in her home.

Just location.

SPA did not work. Pool was extremely cold, no shower by the pool to wash yourself. No stove in the kitchen what they promised. No housekeeping for three days.

It was located on Lake Huron and just off the North Central Trail.

My room was the size of a large closet and the mattress on the bed was hard as a rock as were the pillows. An old air conditioner was located just above my head on the bed and kept me up all night.

Old old old-outdated - not clean, small small room for over $200.00 per night. Poor WiFi. Could only connect to it one night. Check in staff very unfriendly, not helpful, no patience - waiting room too small. Pushed us through like cattle. Comparable accommodations to an old type Bates motel. Made Motel 6 feel like the Carlton Ritz. Not sure I received my AARP discount as I paid more per night than the other people we were in the area with that also stayed there. Must of them complained and got better accommodations to which is my fault for not doing so. Extremely dissatisfied with this Motel. We never did get our room cleaned after first night. Carpet was disgusting- had to keep shoes on. Way way way over priced for the ghetto type room we were given. I will never stay here again nor will anyone in our party. The accommodations were definitely the “talk” of the weekend.

I did NOT like anything about the place. Should really be closed down - at least the area I was in or at best 69.00 a night. Stay at your own risk

View of the bridge is the only thing going for this nasty place

Pool was not open, pics of the place online were not the actual place, the place was just dirty and gross. Had to wear shoes inside or your feet were black almost instantly, did not want to get in the beds actually bought our own blankets and bedding to use, can’t even rake or clean the beach! Cans, goose/duck poop and cigarette butts were all over. Just a run down nasty place that we paid WAY to much for.

I loved our view of the beach and the bridge. How relaxing and transformation it was for us

The handle to the shower fell off while trying to turn the water on 😫

Thank you for accommodating us when this was not our original booked hotel. The convenience of getting to and from where we wanted to go; the city or island. The beachfront view and access; has amazing view with accommodation chairs and bonfire pits. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were accommodating and asked any of the questions we had.

Felt a little rushed when talking with staff and the front desk wasn’t inviting. Beach front could have been cleaned up a little more and half the water park was closed.

Location right on the beach visited in the fall so didn't spend anytime outside

Advertised a hot tub the pool and hot tub were already drained for the season . Fair clean room
