When I booked this hotel it was sold to me under the fact that there was free breakfast in the morning. When we went down to receive the breakfast. The lady behind the counter said there was none and she could sell us a buy one get one free for down the street. No accommodations I showed her the email stating there was breakfast. She said there's nothing I can do come back later when the manager is in

Easy location

No breakfast or pool, bedding had a bad smell.

The location was great and was right across from the park with the lighthouse museum with an excellent view of the bridge. Beds were very comfy. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The were just opening for their tourist season so no pool and no breakfast which was stated in the description.

Room had spiderwebs and smelled like mildew. The beds were sunk in in the middle. The room looked like it was a $70 truck stop motel. The light didn’t work and there was absolutely no place to park on the property. The receptionist was in a hoodie and jeans and was not helpful and the evening supervisor was rude. I have made multiple attempts to contact the general manager but he does not have a direct line or voicemail and is never at this property when I call. I have never complained about a hotel before but this was a horrible experience and we ended up not staying here.

when booked I had a king room when I got the I didn’t. also no breakfast. They had only a grab and go bag consisting of an apple, protein bar and water. Being I’m diabetic it wasn’t a good choice for me. I did not get any kind of compensation.

The fact there was no microwave in room. Had to walk outside in cold to go to pool. No breakfast only a granola bar. Come on covid is done. We pay for a breakfast we should get a breakfast otherwise give us some money back or do not charge as much for a night stay. Also we forgot an unopened box of food in fridge that no one called us about that we had forgotten. Would have been nice to get back.

it was ok, just really needs some updating. Had problems with the lights. nice to have a table and chairs but not comfortable chairs, flat wooden chairs. it was nice to have a breakfast snack bag but it’s really nice to have something more substantial than a granola bar and bottle of water.

The location was close to the Mackinac Bridge and to the Main Street.

The breakfast was subpar.
