Donc au total il y a 6 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain. 1 toilettes en bas. (12 personnes dans la maison, 2 dans l'appartement sous la maison principale.) Super endroit. Très proche de la plage et des commerces. Courts de tennis en face. Beaucoup de pubs et de bons restaurants à distance de marche. Grandes promenades, pêche à la voile, surf, vélo. 90 minutes de Londres.

Lovely house with room for lots of family. Well equipped and very helpful owner.

We rented the house for a large family gathering for a week in August. The property is ideally positioned with only a short walk to the harbour and beach. Deanna was very attentive and was very helpful in guiding us on local attractions and things to do. The house had all the equipment you could want for, including buckets and spades for the beach! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning! Due to fantastic weather we used the garden every night which is very private and is a lovely setting. A really enjoyable week at a lovely property in a great part of the world. 👍

House suited us perfectly for a multi-generational family weekend away.
Deanna was really helpful in giving advice before I booked as to how the rooms would work best for us, given that ages ranged from babies to my elderly Mum (86).
House was very clean and location was ideal for the beach and shops/restaurants/pubs.
We particularly liked how the dining room and garden benches could accommodate all 12 of us, so we were able to enjoy the chaos of family meals!
Arrival/Departure instructions and Deanna's comms were all excellent and overall we had a fabulous time.

Latimer House was a perfect Property to stay in for a Celebration. Exactly as listed it provided lovely accommodation for our Party of 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 12 to two and a half and the multiple bathrooms ensured that everyone was well catered for. The very pretty walled garden was used every evening of our stay due to sunny weather, with a BBQ also provided. If you are looking for a large elegant property for a multi generational get together or for a group of friends then look no further than Latimer House. It is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the lovely beaches and the pretty harbour with its many bars and restaurants and there is ample parking.

Beautiful Georgian Townhouse-perfect setting for a multi-genertional birthday event.
Size and nature of the kitchen facililitated our exceptional chef,Ed Jennings,in preparing and cooking the birthday meal and serve straight to dining room and we were then able to move upstairs for dancing!!!! We all had an execeptional stay and our lovely host Deanna was always on hand to answer any questions and gifted me with some birthday bubbles upon my arrival-and other goodies.Will definately be staying again-Latimer house is fab and is right next to the sea .Thanks Deanna. Wonderful house for a large group, plenty to do in the neighbourhood but you won’t want to leave the house. Highly recommended.

5 stars all round. The house was perfect for our large family, the dining room fitted perfect for all 14 and the living room was cosy. Everything we could possibly need for a weekend away so much so they made up a game of what utensil was NOT in the kitchen!! Deanna was kind and helpful and even left a card and wine for my son’s birthday celebration. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

My friends and I chose Ramsgate to celebrate a special birthday and Latimer House was the perfect solution for our needs. Plenty of space, superior furnishings, comfy beds with several showers, loos etc for 9 ladies. It was home from home. Rooms spacious, lovely garden and we were also blessed with good weather too.
Location was great as easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, beach etc.
Parking was easy with our party having several cars, we didn’t even use the allocated parking at the nearby private car park.
Deanna was easily contactable should we have needed her.
she even left a birthday card and a bottle of wine for the birthday girl (lovely touch)
All in all we had a fantastic long weekend and all guests commented on what a great find the house was and we would all highly recommend.

We stayed here one week in August 23. This is the 1st time we do a staycation in the UK.
The house is very nice with lovely decorations. Lots of equipments for our usage. The house was nice and clean (may be the upstairs carpet could have been done with a little bit more vacuuming but we thought maybe it was busy season so didn't mind). All the rooms as clean and the beds well made.
There was plenty of space in the house and the basement flat was lovely with it own fully equiped kitchen.
The garden was very nice and enough seating for 14 peoples to enjoy a relaxing time.
Deanna the host was very quick to response to any question we asked.
We were all supprised at how lovely Ramsgate is with beautiful old building.
We thoroughly recommends this house if anyone with a big group of friends/family that want to explore Ramsgate/Margates area.

A beautiful house in Ramsgate to stay..close to the beach and harbour...walking distances to so many places where you can eat and enjoy.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this beautiful house for a week in August. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to fit a family of 11 people with 7 adults and 4 children.
Whilst there are 5 floors to the building we didn't find the staircases an issue.
Everything you could need, and more, for your holiday, is there.
We managed to find free parking on the road outside the house for our two cars but Deanna does have an allocated space in a small car park nearby, but we didn't need to use it.
What a surprise Ramsgate is! It has some beautiful buildings, a lovely harbour and a great beach and we found some great bars, pubs and restaurants. Best of all was that the local people there were so friendly!
It is very easy to travel about the local area by bus so you don't necessarily need a car to enjoy the area.
We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it. The host Deanna is so helpful too and is very prompt with answering queries.

Excellent place to stay for big groups. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and garden all brilliant. Location is nice too with buses close by.

Latimer House is a lovely, spacious, character property, filled with all kinds of eclectic pieces.
We were a party of 9, celebrating the 70th birthdays of myself and my wife and the house is ideal for this sort of gathering, with plenty of space to get together.
We ate out, but Latimer is ideal for a special celebration, whether you're cooking yourself or hiring in a chef, as it has a good, spacious kitchen and dining room.
As for location, the house is ideal for Ramsgate's beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants, as you can access most things without having to drive.
I'd thoroughly recommend Latimer House.

The house had so many beds, providing for the needs of five couples and two young children. Lots of hot water, loads of towels, crisp cotton bedding, well equipped kitchen. A very obliging and helpful owner. A lovely weekend.

Really fantastic property. We hadn’t considered Ramsgate for the bank holiday, opting to try Margate or Broadstairs, but after both of these weren’t available we took a chance on Ramsgate. So glad we did! It’s a really nice and had plenty to keep us entertained. It’s also only 19 min drive from Broadstairs and close to Margate too so we got the best of all worlds. The house was fantastic. Really big and really nicely decorated! A prefect place for a large group with kids. Location is brilliant, really close to the harbour and main attractions. The host was great, always quick to respond to any questions and provide recommendations. If you’re looking for a house for a big group, look no further!!

Easy rental and good communication from the owner.The house is well equipped and comfortable with a small but pretty garden.
The town and beach are within walking distance but the beach is better accessed by driving through the tunnel to the promenade.
A good base for the areas attractions.

Perfect base for a family wedding in the area
Had a great time in this lovely home with beautiful sun-spot garden. Short walk into Ramsgate. Plenty of room for all of us and Deanna was great with plenty of contact and information. Would definitely return.

Perfect spot to discover Ramsgate
We were two families with 3 kids and 5 adults. Plenty of space between the big house upstairs and the small flat downstairs.
Stairs weren’t to much of a challenge for the two year old. Stone throw from the habour/town centre and very handy having Waitrose round the corner.
We cooked a few days, had bbq a couple of nights. Back garden quiet and sunny.
Beds were comfy, showers had lots of hot running water. Everything worked while we were there.
Dea was always available for questions, left us a lovely welcome gift and card. Check in/check out super simple.
Places to eat we liked La Magnolia and Belle Vue in Pegwell Bay has a spectacular view, but service was a bit slow. In Broadstairs we liked Charles Dickens Pub and Morellis for ice cream.
Would recommend Latimer House for a long or short break.

Great location - helpful host
This house was great for our family Easter holiday with 13 people and 2 dogs! We were lucky to have glorious weather as there was so much to do, lovely walks to broad stairs, paddle boarding in the sea and lots of playing in the sand. If you’re a big group and this house is available then book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Weekend stay to celebrate family birthdays
We had a lovely weekend in the property to celebrate a couple of family big birthdays. The house was very comfortably able to accommodate all 13 of us including 5 young children/babies. It’s nicely decorated, well supplied and in a very convenient location for exploring ramsgate. The host was very helpful, communicative and allowed us to check in early and check out late (a whole extra night) because the house was free.

Great place to stay
The house was extremely well situated with an open outlook, sea views and close to the town centre. The accommodation was clean, spacious and most comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beautiful house in a fab location!
This is a beautiful house in a great location. It suited our multi-generational family group brilliantly. The house was very well equipped with everything you might need, as well as a lovely little balcony with views of the sea and a well maintained garden. There were plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and there is lots to explore in Ramsgate and the surrounding towns.
The owner was very helpful before and during our stay and was keen to ensure we enjoyed our holiday and had everything we needed.

Holiday home from home
My sisters and my family rented the house for a week in July 2021. It was a lovely house and plenty big enough for the 10 adults and 2 children. All of the rooms were a good size and it was a really great layout. The garden is very well maintained with lots of lovely flowers and plenty of seating. The basement flat is lovely too. The beds were nice and comfy - something I always worry about when going away. It’s in a great location for a stroll along the seafront or a day on the beach although there are many great bays in the area that are a must to visit and all around just 15 minutes by car. There are tons of great restaurants within easy walking distance. All in all we had a wonderful holiday. Many thanks Deanna, we would definitely book again!

Fabulous short break
We stayed as a large family group for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, clean and seamless check in/out. Deanna was very helpful with plenty of helpful ommunications.

Our stay was amazing, made better by the fabulous house, it felt like home from the start.
With the current climate of Covid, we found Deanna a great host. She answered any queries promptly and checked in with us while there to make sure we were having a good time away. We'll definately be back. The house and garden were better than the pictures showed. We were sad to leave.

We had a fantastic stay in Ramsgate. The house is very well located. Dee is very helpful and responsive. She gave us plenty of information and tips on the available activities in the area.
From tennis across the road, different walks, golfs in the area and surfing in Broadstairs. In a word, it was great!

A Birthday Celebration
What a beautiful place to stay for a big group. The facilities were great, the beds and sofas so comfortable and the location perfect for the front, pubs and restaurants. From the moment I booked, Deanna could not have been more helpful. Thank you for the birthday gift ( it went down very easily!) It rained for most of the weekend but it didn't really matter as we felt really at home and the house was filled with laughter and fun for the whole weekend. Highly recommended. Thank you Deanna

Wonderful stay in stunning property
I’m writing this on behalf of my parents and a group of friends of which I booked for. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Location was great and had everything on your doorstep, beach, pubs,shops, bus stops, etc which was perfect as the group were aged between 60-78 years. Deanna the host was so helpful and accommodating, definitely the best host I have ever booked with. Would definitely recommend this wonderful property.
