Very clean and comfortable home. Location was great. 10 min walk to beach. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond.
Our dryer went out and was taking longer to dry clothes.
Safety purposes would have liked to know that each wrong had a door that led to outside. We have an autistic child that opens doors so we had to put furniture to block the doors for nighttime.

the house was beautiful and spacious and it was walking distance from the beach.
WATCH OUT FOR BEARS! We went out for a night walk and a black bear was walking out of the complex!

Good facility with nice room
Kitchen was NOT even close to clean , stickie floors and dirty dishes to start with. grand daughter slipped on LOOSE rugs and hurt her elbow. All rugs need backings or thrown out , gunna get someone hurt with them. AND. Beach assess is not even near 1900 feet as advertised.

we really enjoyed the house . we are already planning a next visit with more family. the location was perfect , it was close to all the main attraction for us, since we were there for a wedding. we are definitely coming back for some R&R. thanks for a great time. the TISONS.T
the main thing is, entering the house is very difficult if you are older, or handicap. it was a very steep step to navigate at the back of the house and the middle of the house. the front steps for the house were a lot less steep, but no handrails were available. could be more handicap acceptable.

nice pool and surrounding area seemed to be safe
pictures falling off walls, cobwebs on walls, stair bannister extremely sticky and dirty, no beach towels, very minimal supplies, dirty lint trap in dryer

I loved the layout of the place! The location was great as well.
On check in day, I couldn't get a hold of booking.com to get the code for the door so I was waiting outside on the phone with Vacasa for over an hour trying to get in.

It was very nice and we had a great time.
Everything was fine besides the floors being DIRTY and one of the downstairs bedroom beds keep falling😂🥴

Location was prefect! BEDS ARE AMAZING!
No battery’s in 1 remote .. had to keep using 1 remote for the downstairs room and the upstairs room. So many times running up and down them stairs over a REMOTE! The price was very high I thought.

There was some broken items that I reported as soon as we got there and I was assured that maintenance would be by but no one ever showed or called back..if it weren't for this my stay would be a 10!
