Lovely apartment, very clean. Great host & brilliant location. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

Location, cleanliness facilities

Well appointed and comfortable studio apartment in a quiet mostly car free street close to local buses and the main train station.Great for those who want to self cater with microwave , cooktop and 1/2 sized fridge. There was also a washing machine and access to your own private rooftop terrace for relaxing which also included a small clothes line.

After a couple of days the TV channels stopped working and we could only get radio. Water was slow to drain from the shower.

be aware that there is a colony of seagulls outside and up on the terrace, so bring earplugs

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Centro Alameda station, main train and bus station, Larios shopping mall, local mercado just a round the corner and historical center is maybe 7-8 minutes by foot. Apartment is new, well equiped and clean. You also have acces to a private rooftop terrace.

Unfortunatelly there are two issues at the apartment which lower my rating. First, the electric water heater is very loud, it could wake you up during night when it turns on. Second, a bad smell (like a sour cabbage) in the bathroom, I suposse it is comming from a drain.

Location

No smart tv, boiler and fridge is a bit loud during nights as it a studio apartment.

The property was well located in a quiet spot not too far from the historical district. We arrived early into Malaga and they made effort to allow us to check in early, which we were grateful for. The private roof terrace was a nice bonus too.

Location very convenient, both in the center and in close proximity to station and bus station. Responsive staff. Clean and cosy. Very nice terrace.

Smaller than expected. Hot water was not enough for two people. Very basic and limited number of kitchen utensils.
