Really clean and fantastic location. Situated right on the river.

The bed was a little uncomfortable however it’s tolerable. (I am 33 weeks pregnant so that might be more a personal preference)

Lovely property in an excellent location. Very clean and spacious.

Property was a bit cold in the evening. Was probably due to the fact that i couldn't work out how to operate the system to provide more heat. Relaxing

Excellent location and lovely apartment

The arrival instructions were easy to follow and included how to enter the apartment, parking and recommendations. Host was really helpful and left us some tea bags, milk and a bottle of Prosecco! We tried out a lot of the recommendations which were fab. Lots of lovely walks nearby too! Parking was free and included which is amazing in Bakewell as there is limited parking or it can become costly!

Having some oil, salt and pepper in the apartment for cooking would have been helpful rather than buying a full set ourselves but this was not essential!

The location was perfect because of nearby facilities. Lovely to park the car nearby and not have to drive anywhere. Bakewell has it all!!!! The bonus for us was the view of the river from the lounge area, it is so relaxing. Superb.

My only concern was the absence of a bathmat. The bath is beautiful but dangerous if you slipped.

would have been nice to have a couple of throws/blankets in the lounge to use, even if they were in the bedroom to bring through as the lounge was a little chilly on an evening & a hand soap in the bathroom.

The apartment is lovely and in a fabulous location right in the heart if bakewell and even had a parking space allocaged to the apartment, couldnt fault it, and would like to thank the owners for the welcome pack x

It was central to town and had it's own private parking, the property was extremely clean and very comfortable, it was also very spacious. There was milk and tea ready for our arrival and also a bottle of prosecco. You walked over a bridge past a canal then you were in the centre of town, there was plenty of pubs and places to eat, lots of walks and Chatsworth house was just a ten minute drive away, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Immaculate apartment in a great location. Easy access to bakewell centre. The bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch

The bed was comfy although you could feel a couple of the mattress springs!

Self catering The location could not of been better,very central to town centre and facilities. The property overlooked the river and it was lovely to see the wildlife. Car parking for property within strolling distance and free The apartment was spotlessly clean ,very spacious and comfortable. Bed very comfortable.

A fabulous, comfortable apartment with lovely views over the river. Directions to reach and enter the property were clear and easy to follow. A lovely surprise to have milk in the fridge and prosecco on the table when we arrived. A real advantage to have a parking space close by.

The kitchen could have been better equipped (only 2 mugs in cupboard)

Location for Bakewell was great - just a couple of minutes short walk. Apartment was lovely.

We liked it all (definitely not worthy of the sad face icon that booking.com is showing) - if there was a little niggle it was that when you look out of the bedroom window you're overlooking the bins and a bit of rubbish. Did not spoil the stay though.

Beautiful open plan accommodation with river view, with little touches of luxury. Stunning bathroom and fabulous facilities. Close to everything.

The apartment is above the woodyard pub and they had a private function that was so loud we felt the music through the floor. Luckily it was good music so we just listened to theirs rather than our own. The bedroom overlooks the pub bins so we kept the curtains closed. Neither of these things stopped our enjoyment of the stay.

This apartment is stunning. It’s located right in the centre of beautiful Bakewell you couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Would highly recommend we loved it. Chris the owner had left us a lovely bottle of prosecco on arrival which was such a lovely touch.

Everything about this apartment was incredible. The communication with the host was very easy and we’re super helpful. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Wicked views over looking the river. The bottle of a Prosecco was the best bonus and had while looking over the river. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and will definitely return!

Fabulous apartment and location, there's a pub next door The Woodyard, and the food there was fabulous!

Wish we could have stayed longer, but had to check to out at 10 - due to extra cleaning regime- re covid
