Nice rooms~Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only minutes…by car or bus to Heathrow airport.

The hotel was a very comfortable place to stay as a stopover on our way back home. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast was pretty good as well, with plenty of food and beverage options to start the day.

We reserved a room at the Staybridge and when we got there to check in we were walked next door to the Holiday Inn, which is actually part of the same facility. I was told by staff that Staybridge is for longer term stays and the rooms are similar. I have no idea if I got a good deal or not since I paid for a stay at the Staybridge as offered through booking.com but spent the night in the Holiday Inn.

The room was big with two large TV’s. The accessible bathroom was roomy and had all we needed. This room by far exceeded our expectations and it was a standard room(accessible). Decent restaurants and bar next door and room service from the restaurant. The included buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced. Bus stop right outside with capability to transfer and travel all the way down to central London.

Nice, spacious rooms close to the airport. Breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here.

We found the front desk staff a bit rude.

Staff are your best asset. They really go the extra mile. Please give them a bonus. Breakfast was fab as was the person attending the breakfast. So friendly. I would nit stay any where else when I'm at Heathrow.

Location for access to London Heathrow, but still having parking on-site As we were a family of 3 adults, having a room with separate bedroom fitted our needs.

There were a few little TLC items that needed attention: Room key holder by door was hanging loose. Needed fixing back onto wall Towel hook in bathroom was hanging loose. Needed fixing back onto wall. Some sort of handle on wall at end of bath would be useful to aid getting in/out of bath as sides were quite tall. There appeared to be no kitchen scissors.

Staybridge Suites is in an ideal location for all Heathrow terminals. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and on certain evenings guests are invited for complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff are friendly and helpful and the parking is excellent. The Holiday Inn next door provides a good choice of dining options. We certainly would use this hotel again if we were travelling from Heathrow.

Good location and clean with a good breakfast.

Connecting rooms were a huge plus for travelling with a family. Rooms were spacious and clean, and having a sofa bed was a big bonus for kids. The kitchenettes were very useful. Most staff were very attentive and knowledgable. Breakfast was fantastic, perfect for what we needed for an airport hotel and we also had dinner at restaurant in neighbouring / connected Holiday Inn hotel which was also very good.

Check out was a bit clunky because the staff member wasn't overly helpful with getting us the airport taxi that we asked for (didn't confirm it was booked, didn't know how much it would cost, when the taxi didn't show up and we asked where it was she said she couldn't tell us and asked us to call taxi company ourselves. when we called the taxi company said the hotel cancelled our booking...). Also there was a very strong perfume smell in one of our rooms. We stayed in the same room twice (at beginning and end of our trip, and the smell was still there the second time, two weeks later) Otherwise everything else about our trip was great
