1. Outside/Exterior Property - Very fine, Very clean
2. Interior/Room - Very Clean fine lightings.
3. Elevator - 4 Very spacious elevator to contain bags (3 usable, 1 Fire service).
4. Cleaners - always ready to clean.
5. Soundproof walls.

8. Staff - well trained and respectful. ready to help always.
1. Cleaners - They Knock and just open the room door, not minding if you ask them to come in or not. ensure the door is always locked.
2. Staff (mostly cleaners/maintenance) - English not first language, zero English communication.
3. Television - Issues- a) Customise for the Hotel, Settings are locked, no Netflix, Prime, you cannot download any app of your choice. b) only way to use smart features is by screen mirroring, screen mirroring does not connect with iPhone or iPad, only Samsung, it disconnect at interval. The TV becomes unresponsive at times, and very slow. YouTube freezes.
4. TV experience at this Hotel was Horrible. you are restricted to only watch what they provide (DTV terrestrial). we had to watch movie using our phone, not good at all. giving the fact that we stayed there for 8 days. we had to enjoy it and not let it bother us.
5. The Hotel give a feeling of a place to stay while transiting, not really a holiday stay hotel. it was my first time in London, so next time I will know better.

Lovely modern rooms with great breakfast
The rooms aren’t quite as nice as the Staybridge Suites next door but the Holiday Inn benefits from the bar area and the breakfast is better

The staff were excellent, especially the evening I arrived.
Dinner was top notch.
Service in the restaurant the morning I checked out could have been better. I sat for over an hour without being addressed by the waiter. I could have easily gone to the bar to order my coffee so not a big deal.

Large room. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Excellent Pizza and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Not hotels fault but says airport transfer 15 to 20 minutes which it was in the morning but about 40 minutes in the evening. Frequency of Hoppa bus could be improved.

Quiet room with very good bed and spacious room. Staff were great and gave us extra parking time free. Every where was clean and well kept. Was expecting more basic hotel for the price but this exceeded expectations, well done.
Had a disabled chair in the shower which was cramped but not a problem

Hotel pulito, ottima posizione adiacente all'aeroporto di heathrow. Le stanze, attrezzate di frigobar e macchina del caffè, sono confortevoli e di grandi dimensioni. Personale preparato e gentile. Ottima colazione. Ottimo anche il servizio di ristorazione.
L'hotel potrebbe richiedere il collegamento del bus con il gate 4 in quanto il bus effettua le fermate solo negli altri gate. Per il collegamento al gate 4 il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile, ha provveduto a rendere disponibile un taxi.

Clean hotel
I stayed one night with the intention of driving home the next day after a business meeting. I paid about £160 for the room but upgraded to see the aircraft take off. I checked out the next day and went to my meetings. I returned to the hotel about 5.00pm and did not feel like driving home to York. I asked reception if they had any rooms available that night. An identical room was available but at a cost of £290. I said that was extortionate and why the big price jump? Reception could offer no explanation and could not reduce the price so I drove home. I would bet that the room would have remained vacant that night as the chance of someone booking it at that time of night would be unlikely.

We got a complimentary upgrade which was great, we arrived very late so the kitchen was closed but were able to get Uber Eats. Staff were very friendly. The room was good, bathroom and shower in particular were great. Bus to the airport right outside
A bit of a mission to get to from the airport due to crossing big and busy roads after getting off the bus and with big suitcases it wasn’t too easy. But all manageable and it’s very easy to get to the airport.

Clean and enterprising staff. Ms Rabina, breakfast counter staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service consistently for each day of our stay, along with other dedicated staff

Super helpful staff with great location for use of airport. Hopper bus avaliable to reach the airport.
Computer/Printer broken for printing boarding passes however they did allow you to go next door to use at the sister hotel.
